My order failed or somehow was not (yet?) delivered in delivery timeframe. After contacting their customer service with no further questions I was promised a full refund of my order. I am sorry for my order had not been delivered, but customer service was very nice.

I placed an order ( my 8 months old baby's clothes) in February which I haven't received yet, so I called the customer service of patpat and It won't be wrong if I say that they have the best customer service I've ever experienced. The girl who I talked to ( don't remember her name) was sooo polite and helpful. Honestly, when I called them I was in a harsh tone and she made be smile at the end of the call. Not everyone has this skill. Not only she offered me refund but also told me that i will still be receiving my items even after refunding money. Let me add here that it's not about getting money back but about their dealing with their customers. That's why will highly recommend to buy from patpat

I am a very regular customer of pat pat and have been ordering clothes before my baby was even born. It has always been great quality clothes with good pricing as well and the variety they have for clothes is excellent which i am unable to find with any retailer here
Recently i had ordered but had an incident that clothes arrived with a smaller sizing but when i raised it to the customer services team they immediately took it up resolved the issue by refunding me and also sending me the clothes for bigger size as i asked for

Never had such great customer service from any online shopping

I was looking some items since many months but didn't think of buying as my baby was grown quickly by the time when I was buying just few items. I was trying to buy only couple of items but they put everything that I never wanted to buy and sent me. I tried to cancel the order right after they sent the order confirmation which I never wanted to buy. They said they can't cancel the order even after trying to cancel it within couple of hours of order.
They took a month to deliver it and asked me to wait and return the items after I receive it instead of just cancelling the order right after I asked.
Their web site and app do not allow you to cancel the orders a sec after you made a order if it was something you ordered by mistake.
I had to pay for return shipping and write them thousands of email and hundreds of calls to get my refund. I am still waiting on the refund for the items I returned in December laat year.
I would never buy from them as they have so many restrictions.

I bought two breastfeeding tops from Pat Pat and the are great top, really good value for money and are stylish and comfortable to wear while feeding.

I always buy in patpat every month and sometimes two times in month. Their customer service is good.

I've ordered a few times with PatPat and have been pleased every time, the products are great quality and affordable! My recent order was the first time some of the items didn't fit properly. I contacted customer service and they immediately took care of the refund for me and didn't ask for me to pay to ship the clothing back. Excellent customer service!
