I receive my order and after see that a bra size was too large. I was asking for a exchange to get a smaller one. But thats was the smallest size they got so there representative Suzie B already ask for the refund and give somr apologie. Great service and fast answer.

Patpat has an outstanding customer service. They respond to emails quickly and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. They were polite and gave me step by step instructions of what they needed to resolve my problem. I already loved how easy the website was to use but their customer service made it so much better!
When you see a website with a timer "24 hours until end of sale", and everything is so cheap, you should know it's a scam. Unfortunately, the pictures were so cute and the prices were so low, I got played like a fool. The clothes is made from cheap (and mostly polyester) material, and the sizes are all wrong. Everything is too big. I ordered clothes for my baby girl, sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-9 months, and the clothes I got is for 1-3 years old kid. It was an expensive lesson - never buy from web sites you never heard before. Also, they are doing amazing stuff with false reviews... Avoid!
