We had the issue of size (totally our mistake to order bigger size for our daughter). The customer service representative offered us acouple of solution including re-sending the correct size and refund, with the previlidge to keep/donate the wrong sized clothes. Finally, we received a full refund as the required size was unfortunately unavailable. Many thanks once again for superb customer service.
