Items were late, and they offered me a refund. They definitely made it right. Most of the clothes were not true to size and ren big, however the quality was very well made. Some better than others. I did feel like the items came to China and they added Pat Pat tags once they arrived to United States because there was an additional shipment label over the previous one. This is probably why it took so long. Overall great customer service, and they made it right. Thank you Pat Pat!
It was my 2nd order for my babies on Patpat, was supposed to be delivered by post canada. But it wasn't instead of being marked delivered. So i contacted poat canada who ask to see directly with my shipper. I contacted Patpat service, and after inbvestigation they said me to not worry, the will do the needful, and last week i have well received my items. All were in, thanks
I love Pat pat! I have my pat pat app and I use it every day! I love the outfits that I bye for my baby girl! They are so beautiful and my girl looks gorgeous on them! The quality of the material is great and the price too! I definitely recommend pat pat!

I ordered my items since January and here we are in March and still haven't received anything. I called twice and both people said different reasons why I didn't get my package. They gave me a long tracking number for usps and when I went, they said that they don't have it. I was looking forward towards my items and it was my first time ordering but from this experience, it will most likely be my last.
I placed a order and received the items on time according to the shipping dates given. The items were lovely. I would be sizing is a bit on the large size.
I had a issue with 2 items in my delivery- the sizing was way off. I emailed the customer service and they replied very quickly and resolved the matter immediately
