I order few things from Pat Pat, some of them are lovely, but some of them i wasnt satisfied with at all, i wrote to them to ask for a returnd and refund and they told me thats there no need to hassle to return but they will refund full amount to my account. Well done!
I received matching mommy and me dresses including one for myself my toddler and my soon to be newborn. When I put on my toddlers dress it ended up being a shirt on her because it's so small. When I contacted patpat they replied quickly and resolved my issue immediately. Always happy when I order from them!

I placed my order and entered the incorrect shipping address. I sent an email to get it corrected, I had the opportunity to have Kriza assisted me with my issue. It was resolved in 48 hours, no hassle on my end. The site is great with numerous amount of selections for babies and toddlers. Clothing are very comfortable. First time time dealing with customer service and there was no issue. Will always be shopping here.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered few items and received it within 14 days. When i saw that two items were not fit so i give them feeeback and i got refund for those items as size did not matched the expectation
