I am a frequent shopper at Pat Pat. I recently purchased a pair of shoes but I received an incorrect size They were able to send me the correct size, giving me several options for a refund process in store credit, a full refund or the product replacement.

I'm in love with this brand! Love the quality, very comfortable and fashion clothes! Matching outfits are so cute! Fit perfectly to size.

Everything is amazing and affordable. Great quality. Fast delivery and you WONT Be disappointed. If any problems occur you can reach out in email and receive a response and a resolution as fast as anywhere else. I reached out and heard back from Maria who was more then helpful.

I guess from reading these reviews im the lucky one to have gotten my items. Well I got me and my girls all matching dresses. Super cute. Washed them looked and washed great. Now the bad part. I put them in my dryer on low heat with the 16 other items i bought. I opened the door and EVERYTHING was dark blue. The clothing, my hands and yes my dryer. Bleached out the dryer twice nope didnt work, used the pink stuff (love that product you must buy) that didnt work. Ajax didnt work, scrubbing bubbles didnt work. Now anything I put into my dryer turns blue. Im still waiting on them to replace my dryer or something. Now im out of clothing, dryer and money because I need to go to a laundry mat.

Ms. Junabelle of patpat team is extremely co-operative and resolved my issues very precisely. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I would continue to shop in future from Patpat

I ordered two swimsuits for my daughter on PatPat and the ended up not fitting her. I contacted customer support and was helped by Samuel. He was fast, efficient, kind, and helpful! Within a few minutes he found out the problem and had order me two replacement swimsuits! His customer service was amazing! I'd definitely recommend PatPat!

I had an issue with ny order an Jasper in customer service helped me. He was very quick and professional! Can't wait for Summer to show off our Mom and Daughter matching swimsuits! There order sizes are true to the charts! Just buy some stuff already!

I have ordered a lot of clothes for my baby girl and got everything really quickly. Also I have to praise the quality of the clothes, everything looks beautiful as in the photo! Customer support is extremely nice and friendly and ready to solve every kind of problem.

I was happy with the purchase and everything came and it was wonderful. Due to user error I didn't read reviews and order a size up in one of the items that I received however my refund will be issued quickly and in a timely manner. I will be shopping in the future with this company.

Excellent items and customer service

I have been purchasing items from PatPat consistently for a few years now. I am always happy with my purchases. The clothing is adorable and great quality. Some items are thinner material than we are used to in Canada, but they are great for the summer.

Recently I had a large order and some of the items were different sizing. I wrote pat pat and April G helped me. She escalated my complaint and they have returned my money AND let me keep all the items. I will be donating them to charity here.
