The part I ordered was exactly what I needed for my 1987 Honda. The E-mail that Partzilla sent went to my Spam Folder and I didn't realize this until I called and spoke with a nice sales lady. The part arrived the next day and I got it installed. Thanks Partzilla, I will be using you again.

I received my package thinking everything should be there, put package to side waiting on reduction. Get my atv tore apart open my package to install parts and I'm missing half my order ( one way bearing, clutch plates) definitely not happy I have my atv took apart and don't have what i ordered I will be giving a call in the am

I found OEM Talon fender flares at Partzilla for less than the Honda dealer and I received them before the dealer said they could get them. All without having to leave my house. I love Partzilla.

Easy and accurate, part was exactly what was needed.

I purchased one very small gasket. Maybe 2 inches by 2 inches. I thought the shipping was very high but I needed the gasket. When it got here it was in a box about 14 inches square by 2 inches deep.

You could have dropped thee gasket in an envelope with a 60 cent stamp and charged a couple dollars and made money.

This is what I will think about the next time I need to order parts.

I needed to replace my cracked turn signal. I located it on Partzilla and received it in a few days! I've had it installed and it's working as expected.

Iordered what I thought would be ruber boots for polaris ranger axels and when they came they were plastic so I called and ask if I could send them back and there was no problem.

I ordered 2 trim pieces for a yamaha golf cart, a trim piece for the right side and left side. In my initial order I received 2 right side pieces and no left side pieces. I called to get the order corrected and the customer service individual was polite and understanding. An order was created to send the correct trim piece and I received the correct trim piece in 2 days.

It seems to be taking a long time to fill my order. Standard part, not backorder, etc. Still have not received delivery.
