Because these are aftermarket they are not the same, simply made to replace. The photo on the website does show a rather short filter, therefor I am unsure what lead you to believe that they were taller but I apologize for the confusion. If you would like you can send us back the unopened unused filters and we can provide you a full refund. This was my "trial balloon" parts order with PartsVu. Part arrived quickly and price was competitive. I could do without the ensuing onslaught of email ads and pleas for reviews.

I though this touchup paint was paint and that's not the case, it is like black marker I I'll never buy this item again. I will be contacting customers service to return this item.

Mercury Marine Touch Up Paint - Phantom Black - 8M0137135 is quite a hot seller used for touch-ups only. The consistency is not that of paint to refurbish or repaint the whole engine, but rather a consistency to cover small scratches and scrapes quickly and on the go. I did reach out to you to try and resolve this on January 3rd, however, I did not get a response. I also canceled and refunded the order in full. Please feel free to keep or discard the product.
