We have no control over the transit time, It is usually fairly quick to your location but we can not be sure as to what the delay was as there could be many factors. In order for us to keep our shipping rates low, we do use multiple carriers including UPS. If at any time a customer has a preference all they have to do is reach out to us via email or phone and at no extra cost to the customer, we can ship it via the carrier they prefer.
