Your happiness with this company depends on what you order. My dishwasher was leaking all over my kitchen floor. I was thrilled to find this site and found a top sprayer that had been broken for months. Thinking I had hit the jackpot with repairing the appliance I ordered both parts at the same time. That was a big mistake! 3 weeks later my dish washer was still flooding the kitchen. I tried calling the number listed on the website. Never did get an answer... Getting extremely upset I canceled the entire order.
Noticing that the sprayer was on backorder, I placed another order for the bottom door seal that showed in stock. It was delivered 4 days later. The instructions in the video worked great and I saved a service call. Normally I would expect to receive the part that was in stock and wait for the item on backorder. It appears they place a great deal of importance on the shipping charges.
I searched the manufacturer website for my replacement part with no success. Then I located the PartSelect website. It is well organized and I easily found the needed part. However, just to be sure I called customer service. I spoke Tracy who zeroed in on my appliance model, confirmed the part and took my order. I received the part in two days! The parts were great, exactly what we needed but you would think directions on how to put it together would be included!

I had a gas dryer that was not heating. The recommendations on the website nailed the problem. Ordered gas valve solenoids and igniter. Installed them and good as new. Highly recommend them.
I was in a hurry for this part. I called the Company (who was open until 10:00 pm EST) on a Tuesday to see how long the thermistor would take to arrive. I was told that it ships USPS and would arrive by the following Monday. To my surprise, the part was shipped FedEx and arrived on Friday. We installed it on Saturday and it worked perfectly.
