I have ordered to edit a script in FDX format with 3 days turn around. Today is a day 5. I've got an email with "completed work " instead of edited script, I've got EMPTY TITLE PAGE plus ONE empty, white page! In MS WORD format! I called the number they have on a website. The person who answered, speaks English worse than I do. And English is not my original language! Instead of solving the problem, he starts to patronize me and delay time. I asked for a refund. I have a doubt I will ever see my money again!
