I requested a revision with a deadline of 1 pm. I contacted the staff around 5 pm to inquire about the progress, and they responded that they were looking into it. After 7 pm, I still hadn't received any response from the writer, but I received a very poor revision, which I assume was done by one of the staff members. I ended up revising it myself, which defeated the original purpose of using this service. The staff should have made every effort to contact the writer, and if they couldn't reach them, they should have found an alternative writer immediately and provided me with updates. They did nothing to de-escalate the situation. I was able to submit my assignment literally at the last minute. I contacted customer service in frustration. They offered me a 30% discount due to their lack of professional communication and an additional 20% when I realized the revision was poorly written.

Instructions for assignment did inform that examples would be needed from the book for each response. Not many examples/passages were used. Examples that were used were missing sufficient explanation and summarizing into essay response.

Paperhelp either produces great work, or crap work. There really isn't an in between. When crap work is produced they want you to pay extra to get the quality work they should be producing to begin with. If I request doctorate level work, I don't expect high school level work with incomplete thoughts, and tons of grammatical issues. The inconsistency is very frustrating and at this time has me researching other solutions. Don't get me wrong I've had like 5 great papers produced, 1 semi-ok and the one that I'm having them produce right now is horrible, its the worst I've received since I started with them over a semester ago. I even provided for them an 2 examples, and a grading rubric to follow. If you have time to spare--- this service could be an option. If its crunch time and you need to guarantee quality you may want to shop around.
