I have had over five papers done through this service and I have been more than happy with all of them!

I request a paper, and what they did is plagiarized that paper from another website, i got an F, when i asked to get my money back, because i almost got expelled they told me that the paper was right, and they could not do anything, and after 2 hrs to be with customer service they just stopped replying back, i used to be a loyal member but THEY ARE A SCAM DON'T DO IT, they say they will get my money back in 14 days lets see hopefully i can return and change this comment, but in the meantime they should fire that writer and those in costumer service

I needed help completing a paper that I forgot about and turned to Paperhelp. The paper could have been better for what I paid for it but ultimately it got the job done.

I've used this website twice for my assignments, and it was great. I found it very difficult to write a paper about business law, so I ordered my papers here and it was great. The writers wrote a very good paper for me, and I had good marks on those papers. I have even recommended this website to some of my friends. If you have been busy with work or having some difficult with any subject, I highly recommend this website, it wont disappoint you.

On Mar 14, against my better judgement I decided to give this site another try. I placed an order for a college history paper that was really important to me as well as my grade. I made sure to provide all the necessary information as well as sources for my writer to best support them and the success of this paper. I usually don't ask for much, but for this paper I really needed them to use the sources I provided and those sources only. To my dismay when the paper was finally finished, I noticed that some of the work cited sources were not sources I had provided the writer. I had asked the writer "I noticed the work cited page has 8 different sources, although I only uploaded 6 sources. Not sure if that was a mistake or it was not updated?" They responded and told me "The sources did not have bibliographic information so there was a little confusion when citing them, but only the attached sources were used." I decide to trust the writer and submit a rough draft to my professor himself for revisions. I was highly disappointed with his response and I quote

"As much as I hate to say it, there seem to be a lot of ideas in this paper about some of the figures that come from other sources. The material is not related to any of the sources provided. This paper does a lot of jumping around. It is a little hard to follow the argumentation when the ideas aren't more clearly organized.

All I asked for was honesty so that was a bit disappointing. I can understand if the writer was a bit confused regarding what was asked, but if they were not sure how to go about my essay why were they assigned to complete it? I would be a little more understanding if this was the first time this happened, but this is the second essay I have purchased from here, where a writer did not know how to go about writing my essay, which resulted in inaccurate information. On top of this, it took the writer 5 revisions to finally, provide me with a paper that semi fit the instructions I had given them, which negatively impacted my grade when the time came to finally hand it in. Once again I had to pay the price for dishonesty and I believe I definitely learned my lesson this time.

I think this service is super useful for students. I ordered an essay on biophysics. I am very happy with it. I liked the following things: quick response on applications, they take into account all the requirements (I needed a non-standard essay), and most importantly, I got an excellent grade for it. Convenient simple website with all kinds of study help: writing essays, term papers, tutoring - and all this online, which is important when I am very busy in the sessions. I will recommend it to my friends.

Maybe test their service first with smaller assignments? But I trusted their university level writers would understand the ethics behind research proposals, which was a clear misjudgment on my part.

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. They charged my credit sales tax/VAT without my permission, but I live in a US state with no sales tax. I contacted them multiple times, but they gave excuses. I contacted the credit card company and disputed the additional charge. After a week they sent me a letter that I committed fraud and I need to pay them the full amount, but I only disputed the sales tax/VAT charge. I contacted them and they were rude and lied to me that I needed to pay the full amount and their system showed the full amount was disputed. They basically asked me to pay them twice. When they charge your credit card without your permission, they do not call it fraud but when you disputed the additional, unauthorized charge they call it fraud. This company is a joke. People be aware. They did not even offer me discount for my next order after they caused the inconveniences. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Paperhelp is very convenient and helpful. The writers are top notch and produce high quality assignments. Although the top writers are more expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. Way to go Paperhelp. They are for sure helping me get through this semester.

Greetings to anyone who is still deciding whether or not to order texts from this site. I would like to recommend authors on this platform. They respond quickly to your request and follow all the details you specify. I am satisfied with everything.

I had an urgent Order # ******* with them yesterday, for one single Statistics question and paid $56 on it. One of the writers (Writer ID #*******) took over my order. I gave the writer 24 hours for that single question. But in the end, the writer didn't do anything. The writer saw my message and ignore me as well. After the deadline passed, the writer just abundant my order and escaped.
I then contacted their support to file the complaint, but they didn't issue any punishment to the writer. They then help me to find a new writer, but the previous writer had already wasted me 24 hours, so there's only around 3 hours for the new writer to finish my homework. At the end, the new writer can't finish my homework by the due date ( 11:55 pm), i ended up submitting incomplement homework and submitting via email at the end (In principle, mail submission is not acceptable), i don't know if my professor would take it or not.
Anyway, i then contact their support again and complain that, why there's no option for customers to filter writers? Why there's no punishment for the previous writer who abuses my homework. But they didn't give me any explanation regarding that.

Guys, that means, if you place an order with them, there might be some jerks taking your order but end up doing nothing. This is a disaster! You can't filter a good writer, you can only wait for a random writer to take your order. And the writer won't get any punishment if they don't do anything after the deadline pass.

Think about that, u set up the deadline, and expect a paper, then the writer just escapes without any punishment. And you get 0 for that homework, it might force you to drop that course. Do you still want to use their service?

For me, i used them for 3 years, i trust them, their website was named essaypro in the past, it was good. But they update their website now. A terrible policy. Customer can't filter writer, can't do anything if the writer escape. My trust is crushed by this single assignment!

So disappointed
