WARNING! BAGUETTES ARE NOT GIVEN learned this the hard way. And they call this place Panera "Bread"…Disappointing.

We dined in yesterday, and was helped by an excellent employee called Bobby in the New Hartford Panera. An outstanding waiter, he took our dishes fast and went out of his way to please us. We had a wonderful conversation. I will be coming back.

I ordered bacon bits in my mac n cheese, checked the bag and assumed everything was correct when I saw everything in there. I drive 40 minutes back to my parents house only to see that the bacon bits were not in the mac n cheese. I spent 3 dollars on that and didn't even get what I ordered. Pay more attention to the orders when they come in next time, Panera. 1/5.

My sandwiches barely have anything inside. The bread is good but I was ordering a sandwich, with cheese.

Left item out of bag. There were only 3 small easy things to put in, and that short list was printed on a receipt and stapled to that same bag. Pathetic. North Dale Mabry. Morons.

Today I drove 15 minutes to get to the closest Panera. What I ordered was a couple of bagels (please do not toast), cream cheese, bear claw, a bowl of broccoli cheddar and a whole tuna salad sandwich.
What did I get two toasted bagels, no cream cheese, bear claw, a bowl of soup, and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. I'll try anything except I have a NUT ALLERGY! My order cost be $33.83, Oh I almost forgot I got 4 bags of chips. I can't believe Panera is still open, NEVER EVER AGAIN!

If you support a restaurant that will refuse you service for not wearing a mask, you don't deserve an ounce of freedom. Quit supporting restaurants like this. Go somewhere else please. I was told I needed one, so I left and will NEVER return. I hope all my freedom loving countrymen will do the same. God bless.

The bread bowls arent reuseable? I went to put mine in the dishwasher and it didn't hold up? This really made me sad and i wont be coming back.

I paid 5.75 for Mac and cheese it literally was about 5 small bites. This was my second attempt with Panera so not worth the price won't be visiting a third time.

If its not the onion or egg in a salad, or dark roast coffee, or brioche rolls for breakfast sandwiches, etc, etc, Panera is always out of something I order. Once in a while you find out at the kiosk, many times not. Even though I am a rewards member, I have decided to start going elsewhere (a place that is allowed to go next door to the grocery store when it runs out of eggs)! Is this company on such thin financial ice that inventory issues are due to lack of $$?

I been eating frontega for more than 10 years or so and sadly over the time the original recipe has changed I visited different locations and I always asked for the same combo whatever they forgot an ingredient or the flavors are so different. I thought this was a corporation rules to keep the same items.

When I received my French Onion soup I was disappointed that it wasn't covered with cheese but it wasn't a dealbreaker. However, when I took a bite the soup was barely warm. When I returned it to the counter I was referred to a microwave on the counter. When I deferred, saying I wanted fresh soup the young woman behind the counter was visibly irritated. The second bowl wasn't any hotter than the first. Never again.

I really think this food is good but it is very expensive. I got a Mac and cheese and it used to be in a nice sized bowl but now it is in maybe an 8oz cup. Not enough food for 9.00 meal. I do really love their cheddar and broccoli soup also but also very expensive, so I never eat here because it is too much for my liking.

Saw in ads about Panera bread. And ordered the pizza. It was way too hard seriously I got jaw pain while chewing what kind of pizza was that no taste nothing absolute waste of money.

We have not had very good luck with the Panera in Gahanna. We have had large orders, $300+ and have asked for a specific delivery time and have had our orders consistently late. Today was our Holiday breakfast for our staff. My order was late again AND they forgot our bagels! I had to call and let Panera know. By the time the bagels got here, most of my staff were already in class. When I asked for something to be done, I was told I could get 15% off my next order. I'm not sure there will be a "next order". I am extremely disappointed.

They seem to not understand a simple request on how not to put the small salad dressing containers inside the salad when asked to put the dressing container outside the salad.it's probably not hygienic to have little things like that sitting around then the outer part of the container touching the food. I think it's better not to order from there since they do it anyways and for a one ounce salad and sandwich cost $12 and change I could have ordered a full salad gor the same price.
