The only thing that I can say. This was truly a waste of money. Never again. I threw it in the trash.
Today I ordered a sandwich, some Mac and cheese and a few soups. I never got the Mac and cheese and the soups were not even half way full. I spend over 40 dollars for half assed service and a missing item. Very disappointing.
Just had their new "Signature" chicken sandwich. Limp, lifeless, and lacking anything approaching taste. My wife had a chicken croissant with literally two tiny pieces of chicken. Only thing worthwhile were the chips. What an awful fall from grace.
We ordered tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwich, chicken salad sandwich and a chicken salad at the Newburgh NY Panera Bread and the service and the
Food was all outstanding.
Would highly recommend it
Went to this establishment thinking I could have dinner with me and my two other companions we ordered food which came to the total of all rounded off $34 soup half soup and half sandwich with means you get like a couple spoonful of soup which was cold the cheese was horrible on the onion soup and my cheese sandwiches was about the size of the palm of my hand the smaller sandwiches I've ever seen it was just a half of it the Cheese look like they have been over cooking it it's just outright horrible service for your money stay home learn how to cook go somewhere else but never go there because you will never get your money's worth I don't care their food is not worth the money and I cook food my family owns restaurants there just horrible good luck but if you're smart you wouldn't spend any money here and waste your time. PS forgot to mention one of my son got home he threw up horribly wasn't sure what he ate but that's another clue not to go there bad service bad food not very clean as we would think as well
The salads at the Panera in Lutheran general hospital are the worst. Hardly any dressing given and have to always ask for more. The Caesar wrap is extremely dry and way too much lettuce. The wait for your food is well over 20 minutes even if you only order soup. When will they get a clue?
The cashiers are always very friendly and bubbly but the wait for food is horrific! Management does not care obviously.
Worst decorated cookies I've ever had! Worse than an 8 year old learning to bake type of cookies. Too fat, tasteless, no flavor, hard, crumbly. Don't waste your $$$! This has happened time & time again, different locations, different cities.
Unacceptable food at an outrageous price, save your hard earned cash and go somewhere else, the size of the salads are pathetic and they cost $15!
My order was a half turkey, bacon, avocado blt and a cup of b&c soup. Hard bread, no avocado, tons of lettuce, and no bacon. Why else would I order a blt. You are missing one of the main ingredients. After my husband and I both picked a UPick 2, they do not clarify that you are paying full price for whatever you pick. So why even advertise that? Just say we have nothing special. $34 dollars after asking for a round up for charity (I don't mind that) and then a tip up front? Will NEVER go back
THEY FORGOT MY $#*!ING TOMATO SOUP. I AM GOING TO $#*!ING KMYS. THAT SOUP WAS FOR MY GRANDMA. THAT WAS HER DYING. $#*!ING. WISH. YOU HAD ONE MOTHER $#*!ING JOB. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? HER LAST MEAL WAS THAT SOUP. SHES $#*!ING DEAD NOW. YOU MISSED YOUR CHANCE. I AM GOING TO EGG THAT $#*!ING PANARA LIKE ITS MY $#*!ING REASON FOR LIFE AND THEN IM GOING TO HANG MYSELF ON A TREE IN FROUT OF YOUR STORE SO WHEN PEOPLE DRIVE BY THEY KNOW YOU FORGOT MY DYING GRANDMAS SOUP.
The chicken bacon sandwich had 29 grams of chicken and 10 grams of raw bacon. The bacon was not cooked! Enough for 3 bites! I called the manager to complain and her response was,"sometimes we cook it". A complete disregard for the health of the customer. If they cooked the bacon it would make a decent Kids Meal. Lots of bread and tomato. It should be called a "Bread and Tomato" sandwich. If you want to get full do not go to Panera Bread.
I've been coming to Panera Bread somewhere in the State of Tenn for over 20 years now mainly on the weekends for breakfast. I now go to 3 different locations in Rutherford Co. The food, the service of the employees is getting worse and worse as each week passes. I'm at the Smyrna Tn location as I write this review and my breakfast sandwich was a disaster, I had them to do it over and it was actually worse the second time. I just threw it in the trash. It's really sad to me because I it's one of the highlights of my weekend to go in Panera, eat, drink coffee and just relax, but I rarely get a decent breakfast and the coffee is always cold and been in the pot for hours. And what's even worse writing a negative review will not change one thing about Panera food and employees service, because I don't think from a corporate level Panera really cares.
Purchased "bowl" of soup & half of a sandwich". $18.00! Panera Bread said a bowl of soup is a "Laddle" of soup! More like a cup of soup to me. And the half sandwich? Good God Almighty! I would be ashamed to charge anyone for what you get. And terrible management.
First time I got my food they forgot the dressing for the salad second time they forgot the dressing for the salad again and third time they forgot the soup second time they just gave us the bread no food at all horrible service do not go here
Mike, at the Ren Cen (Detroit) location is beyond Phenomenal. He is always prompt with deliveries, friendly and when asked a question, is extremely knowledgeable about Panera Bread. Our office loves working with Mike. He is personable, patient and strives to demonstrate stellar service as an employee of Panera Bread. We Love Mike!
The workers appeared overworked and could not provide a good experience. I ordered two strawberry banana smoothies that turned solid and were so thick they could not come out of the straw. The body language of the workers was inappropriate and rude to us.
You pay high prices for food/drinks and you barely get anything if at all the correct order! I ordered two 20 oz iced coffee's and definitely over payed for them and when I got them they was only half full. Such a rip off! Go to Dunkin or Starbucks, at least they give you what you pay for!
Go into a fast food restaurant like Taco Bell, with a walker and a few bags hanging on it and see how you are treated. They'll take your money for food, then try to get you out of their store as quickly as possible. Use the restroom? They'll tell you it's locked, someone is in it, or its out of order.
Panera Bread is one of the worst companies out there at treating all people equally. They resent any customer that doesn't meet their standard of "middle" to upper class, between 25 and 55 and "white". They feel that any visitors like seniors, handicapped people, the disabled, the homeless and minorities drive their best customers away. So they have declared war on these people.
If you check the reviews of Panera Bread on the web, you'll find that they have management problems. Some of their managers are quality, while others are subpar and don't know how to manage or treat people.
California is the worst state for Panera Bread because there are so many people in these categories.
I personally go to a coffee houses at least once a day because I work online and like getting out of the house. Depending on what area I am in, I'll often go to Starbucks, independent coffee houses, Burger King and sometimes into restaurants. I never have had any problems with management and the staff. They like me and welcome my business.
Starbucks and most of the independents do a great job of welcoming all people; usually the only requirement is that you wear a face mask.
I personally am a senior and went into the Panera Bread in San Jose and ordered a refreshment. I asked for special consideration because of a health problem; The clerk who took my money was too afraid to give it to me, so she asked the manager who did.
After that he simply harassed me during my two hour stay while I was in the restaurant. He watched everything I did, probably with video cameras, and every time he saw something he could complain about, he came over and bothered me. For example I got something caught in my tooth and used a tooth brush for about five seconds to remove it. He was there immediately harassing me!
He was rude, undiplomatic, shouted and yelled, cut me off and lied!
I packed up and left immediately! I was shocked! And I feel for the employees who have to work for someone who treats them and customers like that!
I simply have not had any problem until Panera!
This manager was abusive and insulting and acted like he was at war with the customers.
Dear Panera Bread: You'll do better off embracing the disadvantaged. Start a charity to help them. Befriend them. Being war with the disadvantaged will simple get you negative comments that will go viral on the web and eventually put you out of business!
All of us together will be better off if we treat all people kindly and with compassion during these trying times
Thank you,

Look at the pic! It was sitting out in hallway like this! Especially with the covid and just common sense. The bread wasn't wrapped up. Called after placing order online and told them i was in a hotel! Piss poor customer satisfaction when it comes to a clean delivery. They're food may be clean like they say but not when they deliver! Love panera but won't ever order delivery again! Questioning even eating it!? Smfh smfh
We bought three half steak and white cheddar sandwiches for $7.29 each, two cups of soup $4.99 each, a half size Asian chicken salad for $7.79 and one large soda for $3.19. The portions on the sandwiches were so small that you were literally eating bread. See the picture. The prices for what you get are high. Out total cost of this lunch was $42.83. So not worth it!
Answer: Scam, over priced and not that good. Small portions with big price tags.
Answer: It was the only option, and I needed to eat something.
