The Tomato Soup at Panera was one of my favorites haven't had it in a long time had it the other night it was horrible so sad I miss the yummy creamy tomato soup they used to have
I love this place so much, especially the iced coffee, me and my baseball "teammates" aka lovers come here often and get the rice bowls
Shame on you, Panera, for pulling the wool over dedicated customers eyes. Your most recent 25% off your next order, code 25SPRING22 coupon is very deceiving. So much so that, even your employees had a difficult time explaining why a $57 order with coupon applied, totalled $52. Then deep down in the finest of fine print, an employee discovered wording stated that maximum coupon value would be $5. Why not just state that it is a $5 off coupon?
I placed a large order for 27 people, and called to 2 days ahead of the event to confirm the order and deliver time. Less than 2 hours before the event, I received an e-mail that they canceled the order with no explanation. I called corporate and the rep. Would not provide ANY assistance, and would not connect me with a District Manager. I will NEVER order from them again!
I've tried Popeyes, Bojangles, Kentucky Fried, and Wendy's chicken sandwich. Saw a commercial on TV for Panera's chicken sandwich. Looked great on TV so I thought I would give it a try. First off, the cost - $11.34! Just the sandwich, no combo, drink or fries. I could have bought two from any of the other places. Second, what you get has no comparison with what they show on TV. The chicken was neatly hidden by the bun. There was no overlap, no sauce visible, no chicken visible. Just one piece of lettuce, and it wasn't much.
Not sure the sandwich even came with sauce as I couldn't find or taste any. So in summary, it cost more than twice as much and wasn't even half as good as any of the others. Forgot to mention it came with a very small bag of chips. It was wrapped nice and the service was good. As for the other four places listed above, I'm still trying to decide which has the best chicken sandwich.
I been coming for 5 years and as of today I will no longer be giving my business to them. I pay over 5 dollars for yogurt and granola I don't get any fruit so I ask for a little extra granola and until today it was ok. The portion of granola given to the portion of yogurt is absolutely nothing. I get almost no granola in every bite. It's crazy seems the amount I'm paying
The size of the soup is smaller - but my napa chicken sandwich had almost no meat - they probably cut the amount down to 1/4 of what they used to have or less. I also had a gift coupon and that was also rejected.
And they wanted a tip! What a joke - I will not go back
I asked the cashier a question she rolled her eyes. Ordered a steak sandwich with cheese, im not sure if they added onions but whatever it but it was pretty overbearing. Ordered an apple&cranberry drink and it was completely disgusting. Waste of money and bad first impression.
Quantity and quality of the food has gone down. Orders frequently has mistakes. Don't the guys preparing food review the orders?. The overall quality of the food is poor. The employees are just incompetent... atleast hire some decent employees and unless you maintain your food quality and quantity, you will sure go down hill. Totally unsatisfied. I love Panera Bread. The croissants and the bread are sweet. The macaroni is delicious. When I go to Panera I get the soup, but at times, it is awful! Thank you Panera!
I just got taking a 6 week real estate course in Needham, ma. I am a real estate agent. A few of us would go Panera for lunch and Leka was one of women who took our order. I just want to say she was very pleasant woman! Very nice lady. Always a nice, friendly, pleasant attitude! Thank you Leka!
I am absolutely devastated to discover we decided to discontinue the autumn squash soup. While going through basic training this soup was something pulling me through. This soup was the reason I considered Panera my favorite restaurant, however I will no longer be visiting, as there is nothing left for me anymore.
Panera Bread has numerous online and placard ads advertising up to $22 an hour for cashier jobs. When applicants inquire the rate the will be paid after the day of job shadowing, Panera Bread managers are telling applicants that the advertising is incorrect and really offering $12 per hour. Thing is if applicants are asking what the pay rate is, you should be able to tell them before they do a job shadow and especially when the applicants say what they are expecting. $12 is long away from $22 during these times of inflation
The main reason I waited years to order from here is their pricing. $10 for a sandwich, $13 if you have it delivered! It better be the best sandwich in the world! Nope! The chicken smelled like a wet dog. The bacon not only didn't look cooked it had the weirdest texture. And the avocado? There barely was any! And let's not forget the dab of Mayo! So sick of these food places raising their prices and giving us the worst quality food possible. So I'm done ordering out especially from this place!
I love Panera soups. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. I went thru the drive thru and the first time they kept my credit card. When I went back for it someone at the store had charged an additional order with my card. They didn't apologize for not trying my card nor using it to order a meal. I put it down to a mistake. The second time it happened I knew it was a practice because I got the same attitude. No excuses or apologies. They denied having my card and I asked to speak with the manager who somehow found the card. I won't visit Panera again.
Just had the Chef's Signature Chicken Sandwich, not the spicy one. It was dry, tasteless and expensive.
Pure ugh.
We ordered u pick 2. Our turkey sandwiches barely had any meat on them. It was all bread and tomatoes. For the price they charge I expected more than 2oz of turkey on my sandwich. NEVER COMING BACK.
We ordered soup on line for lunch because we were sick, and the soup was from the day before, and watered, of course we did no eat it, re heated. Please, sale fresh products, do not play with people's health.
This store has filthy, stupid and dumb staff! I ordered a tomato soup with bread bowl and got NO bread bowl NO silverware but only got cheese and broccoli soup AND I'M ALLERGIC TO DAIRY PRODUCTS! I had to repeat myself 3 TIMES and it was STILL WRONG! SMDH
Renee, the cashier at jessup Road, Jessup, MD has a terrible attitude. She doesn't look like she wanted to be there, couldn't even hear what she say and when I said 'excuse me, I didn't hear you', she rolled her eyes still repeated same low voice again. Same thing happened last week with this same lady here.
Please train her well like other Panera employees which are great.
Answer: Scam, over priced and not that good. Small portions with big price tags.
Answer: It was the only option, and I needed to eat something.
