Rotten lettuce

Second time my husband brings me home Salad from Panera bread mixed, eat it, and almost vomit at the rotten taste, then I look most pieces are old, I took it back. Well they pologized!

My first reviews of my last two visits to Panera -: I picked up some chicken noodle soup yesterday and it was WAY too SALTY - hard to enjoy - and I love chicken soup- portion size small for the price —Earlier in the month I tried their Chicken sandwich-Bun was good but chicken was drown out with taste of teriyaki sauce that possible it's marinated in - Also High salt taste- and the crackers were also salty - real parmisian cheese would have tasted better Way over priced with completions like Chick Fil A - won't waste my money again - I'll stick to Fuji apple salad-

Panera - delivery service

This is the third time in a month that part of my delivery order was missing. Two of those times, they wouldn't deliver the missing portion and I had to drive there to get it (which defeats the purpose of delivery). No refund either.
Today, I ordered 2 bread bowls and received one. When I called, the woman said they ran out of bread bowls but they gave me extra bread (one piece). She said it should have been written on my "ticket" - shocker - it wasn't. No refund either. If I order delivery again, my tip will reflect the service panera has provided.

Last Chance

Unfortunately, the Panera in Cedar Park, TX failed again. After getting a salad to go last time with 1/2 rotten lettuce and lack of content I decided to give them another try with a different item as some time had gone by and I was wanting something to go close by. I ordered the Magherita pizza, easy on the cheese. When I got it home it was stone cold. Zero cheese and tasted like cold tomato sauce on bread. Quite perplexed. I called the store after the last incident and did not hear back from anyone. I will not bother this time and forget about going here again. For their prices or anyones for that matter rotten food and cold, uncooked pizza not worth it.

Succumbed to the TV ads and ordered the new chicken sandwich for a very high price. Absolutely the worst waist of money. Will post everywhere I can. Don't waste your money. BK. MC and Chk are better at less than half the price. I have no proof of purchase as the online order was so complicated we went and ordered in person and paid in cash. Jeff

What is the point of asking?

Ok 3 times in a row! Time to address this so here we go:
When you make an order trough the app there is a place to put NO utensils and so I always put no utensils, I am at home and I have utensils so why waste plastic but 3 times in a row I guess they can't read the orders?

Absolutely disrespectful, my wife is 8months pregnant and wanted half a sandwich and they mix up her order, give her two sandwiches and a salad tells her she has to pay for it even if it wasn't hers which was ridiculous and the managers are garbage in any aspect. Bad food overall, always too much or too little and charge way too much for it to be like that. Terrible place to go at anytime wouldn't even go if I haven't ate for 4 days.

While the food and service are great in person, using their worldwide web is beyond frustrating. Attempting to log into personal accounts is met with countless inability to log one in. Forget about modifying an existing order. The cafe can't/wont help as they are powerless to assist so you must call and of course they cannot modify an order, they must place the order for you. This company needs to seriously work on their website to make it accessible and more user friendly.

Chicken sandwich?

We ordered two chicken sandwiches, expensive and not good at all!
They came only with chicken and crunchy pieces of what they said, mozzarella chips! No salsa, no salad, no tomatoes, just a flat bread with chicken…. Really bad

Garbage

The new signature take sandwich was a joke. After spending over 50 bucks I had high expectations. Dry, overcooked, bland, no sauce and only 2 Parmesan crisps? You can do better. Won't be spending money here again.

I stopped by the location of Roswell Rd, and the service that I received was awful. The employees that worked the kitchen area was arguing with each other, taking their time preparing the food. I purchased 2 Ceasar Salads, and the lettuce was terrible, and I didn't enjoy it. I want be back. Sorry!

Don't eat here

This place isn't good to eat at. Plus I used to work there. And a co worker asked for me to die on my Facebook messenger. Clearly the worker n management don't care for their past employees even if they helped the store open up. N worked hard at doing my job as a dish washer. Do not eat here people. U will get the coronavirus from eating this $#*!ty food

I bought a Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. The lettuce used was an ordinary lettuce. Not because of its pricy cost they would at least spend more on a better lettuce to use. The top of the bowl seemed all delicious and fresh to eat. Once you start reaching the middle and end level of the bowl. The lettuce was chopped with everything on it including the the trunk and cored. I also ate most certain that it wasn't even washed. The chicken is from frozen bags sold. For the price we have to pay we should have better lettuce a tastier chicken. It is not worth $11.99 and more so done by Panera Bread.

Rather, I should say a lettuce and tomato sandwich. There was hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich-, and I found one grape. Also, annoying is on checkout they are looking for tip for cashier! If I go back, I will check sandwich before leaving on take out.

Website is garbage

You add one thing to your cart and the entire order disappears. Good luck if you're hungry. I even called their support team, and my rep placed my order for me. It still froze on him. Guess Panera doesn't care about money
