$13 not including tip for a very generic breakfast sandwich, a good pastry, and a small cup of coffee. Even with inflation that just doesn't get it. They're paying for too much overhead and they can't deliver the quality and value in the food.

Most incompetent store. Paid $69 for food. Didn't get my wife who is sick soup. Told me they didn't serve soup bowls and never have where I can order it on the website from the same store. Ordered a broccoli and chicken bowl and got chicken teriyaki in a to go container. Last time we got to go it had gloves in the food. Don't go here! It's awful!

THE RESTAURANT ON HOUSTON ROAD IN FLORENCE WAS DIRTY, AND SHORT HANDED, I HAD TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER. ALL I ORDERED WAS A CUP OF SOUP AND WATER AND IT COST ME $8.00 PLUS TAX. WHAT A RIP OFF. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Very frustrating when your order is not correct. I ordered a Steak & White Cheddar sandwich with extra pickled onion and extra arugula. What I got was a very disappointing sandwich with a few slices of meat and no extra pickled onions and extra arugula. Really $14.75 for a sandwich with not much to it but bread is not what I expected.

Panera is not what it use to be.

Pretty much done with Panera. High prices for small portions. A couple of years ago they reduced the portion sizes of their soups and now they have done the same with their bakery muffins. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich the amount of chicken on the sandwich was ridiculous when I brought it to the manager's attention she asked if I wanted her to spread it out for me. I replied no I wanted actual Chicken on my sandwich. I was left with a bread sandwich. Don't eat here it's a waste of your time and money

After Panera introduces itself as a Christian entity, and fills my cup.

I sit through this song from hell.

Is this the "golden cow" worship? That totally sucks.

I hate to say but it's obvious this restaurant has went down hill in a major way. My sandwich was undercooked, restaurant was dirty, soda machine didn't work, kiosk machines all not working. Overall experience was terrible, i would no longer recommend this place.

I have visited Panera since 2016 and most recently visited more often due to my forced change of luck. The KID STAFF would Shut down the bathroom at 7:45pm even though they closed at 9pm. The Ethiopian Manager's cousin followed me in the bathroom a few times. Even though it's a woman's bathroom. He is a male and should be fired for Sexual Harassment! It's on camera! If I have to use the bathroom during working hours why not. Not to mention that the kitchen workers don't wash their hands! Please shut down and fire all of those theives!

Breakfast sandwiches taste good if you like eating mostly bread. The breakfast sandwiches only have a small slither of egg on them and the eggs are cheap to buy, but, Panera Bread is stupid and are cheapskates that do not have enough brains to put another egg on it like it cost too much. No wonder the drive thru is empty in the morning. Can't fix stupid...

I stopped at Panera BREAD for a soup with my 81 year old mother. We usually enjoy getting a bowl of soup for lunch after running errands together. My mom has trouble chewing the harder crusts, like on the French baguette, so we usually ask for two pieces of white bread instead. It usually puts a smile on her face. On this day, the clerk at the drive-thru of the Panera on sawmill road, said my mother could not exchange the baguette for a piece of bread. She said you can have apples but you cannot exchange a hard crested baguette for a piece of white bread at Panera Bread. I was so upset we just left without lunch. I cannot believe you are telling me, I cannot get a piece of white bread at Panera Bread. Yes I seriously said it you cannot get a piece of white bread with your soup at Panera Bread. I wrote an email to Panera bread's customer service but did not hear a thing from them no explanation no apologies no kiss my a$$. Nothing. I realize some people might want crazy elaborate exchanges for items that Panera Bread sells together but for Panera Bread to deny my mom a piece of bread with her soup just absolutely blows my mind.

I have eaten at Panera for a few years and it appears they have changed their bagel recipe? Also in general all their quality of food has been disappointing! I will not go back and waste any more money.

I ordered a sandwich and they toasted all veggies in toaster. Terrible. Toasted avocado. Yuck. Toasted tomatoes yuck. You toast the sandwhich first. Then veggies last. Duh. The pictures look nothing like the sandwich

Stopped being a customer awhile ago due to the cheapness in getting a decent sandwich so I gave them another shot today for takeout and seriously? It's even worse! They changed the bread to be so much thicker so they can put even less Napa Chicken Salad in it making you think you are getting a huge stuffed sandwich! The cost is ridiculous!
They think we are stupid! Hate the bread to filling ratio, very little chicken salad. C'Mon Panera! Stop being CHEAP AND EXPENSIVE! I can get better sandwiches elsewhere for less, from now on I am supporting local deli's. Panera lost this customer for good!

Food did not match the menu pictures or the TV ad. Very deceptive advertising. Chicken sandwich was a tiny piece of burnt chicken, 1 small piece of wilted lettuce, no flavor good or bad. Too expensive. So disappointed, will never eat there again. If you have never been there, good luck finding your way around. No staff member offered any assistance. The pink lemonade tasted like a powdered mix and burned my throat.

Unlike other Panera locations this one thinks customers can cool their heels for several minutes before someone comes to take an order. Monday morning at 9:45 (7/11/22) I was in the location on Post Road in Westport/Southport CT to get my usual Fuji apple salad and steak sandwich. There was no one to take an order. After a while someone in the kitchen shouted I'll be with you shortly. The manager walked by seeing customers waiting to place an order and did nothing but continue his routine. After another 5 minutes wait I walked out and went to the store on Route 7 in Norwalk CT and my order was taken promptly by someone standing behind the register who cared that my order was taken promptly and sent to the kitchen. William McKinney, in Weston CT I am a member that swipes my card every time so you can see I am regular purchaser. I want you to succeed. The management at that location needs to be shaken up and turned customer centric like the others.
