A while ago I took home a salad to go and it had no dressing. Haven't been back until tonight, about a month later, for an order to go. My sandwich was so loosely wrapped it fell apart in the bag. My Fuji apple salad had not one apple. Note, that now when you pay at register they now ask for a tip. Subway does a better job and it's cheaper. Heck, McDonalds does a better job. Probably won't be back unless eating in location which I don't much anymore because... well because of Covid fears. (photo was after I put sandwich back together.)

Portion Size Shrunk drastically

Ordered the Pick-Two soup and salad to go.
(1) there was no Feta cheese for my Greek Salad, was charged 0.50$ for another cheese
(2) Portion of the half salad is the size of a side salad I kid you not.
(3) Cup of soup is like a half cup.

My go to at Panera is the Pick-Two because its more than enough.
But today I would like to say everything was downsized.

Imperial Point Florida! "Use to be Management" - Now he busses dishes, with attitude. Being GAY is not his problem, but using it to strut around and act all "Bad $#*!" is his problem. Get over yourself. Your short, bald, and lost a better job as management to NOW BEING a bus boy! No wonder your dating older, way older men...
Its his PARTNERS Mustang CARLOS, gets to be dropped off in, not his! Not only is he the worst employee, but the food is really bad, and usually COLD! The micro-way is always breaking down. Get a commercial micro-way rather than replacing a $25.00 home model every other week.
Lara is a nice Manager, but the staff runs her store to the ground. Go in anytime in the afternoon or evening and you will see dirty dished on 30% of the table, with staff standing around talking about personal info. For the prices, try another location or, Einstein's is two and half block north on Federal.

Always out of food at dinnertime in Wethersfield CT. Absolutely horrible now. There should be no excuse for running out of food at a mealtime. Done with Panera.

Absolutely horrible bagels

I am right now eating a cinnamon crunch bagel and it is horrible. It is light and dry as all get out. It has no substance. Grocery brands are better than this crap. A bagel and small coffee with cream cheese sets you back over $6.00. Save your money and buy a dozen at Costco.

Panera bread prosper and us380

This store is terrible. The staff wait times in the drive thru and the order accuracy are amateur at best. I been to this location several times. Staff is non caring and they never get your order correct. Manager doesn't care. They need to take page from Chick-fil-A. Panera is minor leagues and they don't care in addition to being overpriced for their size portions. Will be calling their corporate office Monday.

So Disappointed

I ordered two salads in advance, one with chicken and one without. Both had chicken and they did not seem at all fresh. Lettuce was turning brown. I also noticed that some employees would rather be anywhere else but at their job. One woman borders on rudeness, not a great representation of your company. The store is located on Main Street, Summerville SC. My daughter & I ended up throwing the salads out. Great waste of $24.00.

I've always like Panera bread but today that has changed for me. As I approached the men's room I was disgusted to see that the bathroom names were changed to gender neutral! Guess what, as a male I don't want to deal with tampons in the bowl, blood on the seat and makeup on and around the sink and mirror. And I don't want to have to wait for women to exit both bathrooms when I have to go! Too damn bad if you're offended by this review but enough is enough. Next thing you know I'll be standing next to a woman at the urinal! I can definitely do without you Panera and I will!

The Panera on Cape Coral Florida on Cape Coral pkwy is way under staffed and New Yorker that takes our order is coughing and tell customers what to order, This Panera has gone downhill quick

Homeless
October 26, 2021

Every time I go to Panera in Kennedy and west shore in Tampa there is a homeless guy
Sitting at a table. I feel sorry for him, he is not eating or drinking. So I will not consider him customer.
Poor guy, he is filthy and smells REAL bad.
Can you do anything about it?
What is going to prevent that other homeless people start doing the same thing and spend their days in a table inside Panera

Money stealers
October 24, 2021

I had a pickup order and the bag was sealed so i assumed everything was in there which was bad on my part, my drink wasn't even there so i had to go up and wait for them to make a drink and when i got home my croissant was missing and so was by baguette. Beyond all that, the soup and salad portions were so little. I spent $15 on this sh1t and i'm only allowed "panera money" back. I don't want panera money bc i don't want to come back i want my money back you guys stole from me.

We still love you entree's except the steak and cheese sandwich... please get rid of the horseradish dressing on the sandwich... please get some help with your sides... the apples have always been awful, and now the POTATO CHIPS are unedible... that leaves the bread. I love your bread, but not when I order a sandwich! Soooo... you need to get back the other potato chips please!

This is the second time I had a negative experience with this Panera in Mcdonough, Georgia. My rapid pick-up order was not on the shelf when I arrived even though I was notified it was ready. Then, they only had one item in my bag but I ordered 2 items. I had to go back in, & then they told me they're out of the other item. But yet I was charged for it! They offered no apologies for all the inconveniences. They consistently get orders wrong. Customer service goes a long way in this kind of business. I'll never patronize this business location again.

This was at the Southlake, TX location:
I placed an order at 12:42pm, for pick up at 6:15pm. It was for 2 Premium Family Feast and an extra soup. I placed the order early to give you enough time to prepare it. I arrived at 6:19pm and it wasn't ready. The girl told me that they were finishing it up. Then the manager came out and asked me my name. I told her and told her when I placed the order and that it was over $100 order. They started making the order. I had to wait more. I received my order, but the 2 Family Fests were mixed together, so I had to take everything out and separate it into the 2 orders that I placed. Then I noticed that ALL the sandwiches weren't marked what they were. I told a lady and she apologized and told me that she has been there for 12 hrs. I don't see what that had anything to do with my order not being ready after I gave you 5 hours to prepare it and that the sandwiches weren't marked. She had to open them up and see what they were, then folded them back up and put another sticker on them. They looked terrible. I was giving these to people and they looked like they were all opened and closed back up. Which they were, but not by me. I was embarrassed to give them. I finally got out of there at 6:40pm.
I realized that you are short staffed and have people working 12hr shifts, but you are also not taking care of your customers. I spent over $100 and was not offered anything for my extra time waiting and that I had to repackage everything myself.

This is the second time we have had our order incorrect - both times an ordered sandwich was missing. We live 6 miles from Ashland and did not discover the missing sandwich until we got home. I tried calling 4 times from 7 to 8 pm and my call was cut off. Finally, a woman answered the phone, I told her my name and about the missing sandwich. She said they were very busy and could not help me. She said to call back in an hour. What kind of service is his? You took our money both times and we got no sandwich - I guess that keeps your profits up, but it surely makes your customer angry.

Horrible kids' menu

I would never think that what used to be a good place for sandwiches, would turn into the kind of restaurant that sells 2 plain slices of sandwich bread stuffed with a slice of turkey and cheese, cold!

No bread at Panera bread!

I have been eating broccoli cheddar soup at Panera bread for years and always enjoyed it. Last week I was traveling and staying in Murietta Ca and wanted a light dinner of soup and salad. I went to Panera bread only to find that they didn't have any of their signature soup. Tonight again I was in Murrieta and decided to try again to get some of my favorite soup, great they had soup but no bread! What! Panera bread has no bread!

Can someone please contact the owner of the store to let them know that they're going to lose the business if they can't provide bread or soup!

WE ORDERED FOOD FOR 6 PEOPLE IN OUR OFFICE. FIRST OFF LETS JUST START OFF BY SAYING THERE WAS NO LABELING ON FOOD( HAD TO GO THROUGH AND FIND). THE SALAD(NO WONTON STRIPS) AND SANDWHICH( HORSERADISH ON THE SIDE) I ORDERED WAS DONE ALL WRONG... YOU COULD TELL THAT THEY WARMED THE SANDWHICH UP IN THE WHATEVER WARMING DEVICE BECAUSE THE CHESSE I PEELED OFF THE SIDE AND TOP OF BREAD. THEY GIVE YOU A SQUIRT OF DRESSING FOR YOUR SALAD. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!

Overpriced hospital food

Coffee tastes like stomach acid, and the Mac and cheese is always hard and stuck together. I know they microwave it, and I could care less but lately they have been so lazy to fully even cook the thing. One day I walked in the Panera at noon, the doors were wide open, and there were no employees inside. I searched the establishment and realized that they somehow left the door wide open for me to walk into, kept all the lights on, as well as kept the cash register out in the open for anyone to easily steal. I walk out, and realize that all of the teen workers were screwing around smoking cigarettes on the patio. The food quality is disgusting and they hire the laziest workers.
