I have had the worst experience of customer service I have ever received today at the Pandora Watford store. I went the store with my daughter to purchase a birthday gift. We browsed the store them went to the centre till area where we saw a charm we wanted to have a look at, the lady was helping 2 other customers and had the tray out with the charm we wanted to look at on. I asked if we could have a look whilst the tray was out, to which the assistant replied " I can only serve one customer at a time". This is fair enough, but she was very curt and never even looked up at me. We then waited but the I saw another assistant had become free and the desk at the back of the store so we made our way over, I smiled and hadn't even get a word out of my mouth when she looked at me rudely and said "that lady was here before you" bearing in mind we had now been in the store for about 20 mins and I saw the lady just walk in!
I then tried to explain that we had been waiting to be attended to, she basically ignored me and carried on attending to the other customer. My daughter and I then walked back to the centre till, the assistant continued to look up at me as she could see I was not happy and then proceeded to shout across the store, there is a sign over there hat tells you where to cue! She was so rude and I was so angry that I then left the store without making the purchase I wanted to.
Both assistants were very rude, lacked any kind of customer service training and quite frankly are not fit to serve customers.
Pandora, absolutely disgusting, you have just lost yourself a very good customer who buys regularly for birthdays, Christmas and throughout the year.
You seriously need to contact you Watford branch and deal with your RUDE staff. Will be making a formal complaint.

Not the best quality

I bought a bracelet in May. I had to stop wearing it because it started to turn a dark color. I took it back to the store and all they would do is clean it. It doesn't even come close to a 3 month old sterling bracelet. I have cheap bracelets that look newer after over months of wear. Very disappointed in the product.

Poor quality

I bought 4 brackets and several charms. The brackets have tarnished and the charms rusted. When going to see if they can correct them I was told they all do this and when the charms stop sliding and get Stuck they can brake the bracelet to get it off but I would still need to purchase another if I wanted it. The quality of their product is terrible and the company doesn't back their product at all. I will now buy from James Avery at lease I know it's real and they have excellent customer service

Disappointed

My son bought me a pandora charm bracelet with 6 charms. The clasp wouldn't stay shut so after loosing it on several occasions but luckily found it he purchased me a safety chain. It worked for awhile but it still came loose and I lost it and yet to be found. I'll never purchase another one. I'm so devastated bc it was so sentimental. And heartbreaking to loose. Apparently you have issues with the clasp not staying shut by the reviews and complaints I've seen.

Scam artists

Bought a Disney bracelet and 3 charms for my wife for her birthday. The clasp kept coming undone and she almost lost it several times. So we returned and got another bracelet. Same thing happened only this time we lost all the charms because of defective product. Pandora will only give me a gift card for the bracelet because that's the only thing we have to return even though we lost the charms due to a defective product. I don't even want a a gift card because that means I have to purchase something else from these scam artists.

I have purchased several of the dangle charms, that have fallen off and you are left with a broken piece that hangs off your bracelet and the charm is gone forever, Good Buy $40 plus dollars, PER CHARM.
I would say they are not made well, and are of poor quality.
Ive already contacted Pandora and they are of no help.

Disappointed

I bought a ring for my wife but unfortunately it was too small for her. The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt." This is false. I went to the store and spoke with the seller who told me that they would not accept the ring because according to them it had a scratch. My wife did not wear the ring so I think they sold me the scratched ring, obviously the scratch can only be seen with a magnifying glass and when I bought it I did not use a magnifying glass to check it.
I went to customer service and they did not solve my problem either, now I am with a 647 dollar ring that my wife cannot use and that the store does not accept either. I feel cheated and frankly disappointed in the store not only for its customer service but also for its dishonesty when it comes to selling an imperfect product.

I Was At The Pandora Store In Lexington KY. Was Going To Purchase A Gold Ring For $115.00 Dollars Until I Found Out It Was Gold Plated! So I went With Sterling Sliver Instead! I Think It's Crazy To Sell Those Type Of Rings For That Price On Up Because It's Very Misleading Cause It Looks Like Real Gold But It's Not! Need To Drop The Prices On Those Fake Rings!

Ordered a ring last year, the stones were falling off the first time I wore it so I called in and told them what happened. They said the ring I got is now retired so they cannot replace it but they can give me a store credit once they receive the defective item. They shipped me the wrong return label and I had to wait again for the right one. I sent the item back and no one got back to me that they received it and I still didn't get my store credit. Every time I call I have to wait 30-45 mins on the phone. The lady promised me I would get it within a certain amount of days and months later I still haven't received it so I called again and the other lady said she will personally handle it and I will receive it within 48 hours. It's been months and til this day I still haven't received my store credit. I called again today and waited 30 mins for them to talk back and fourth on a computer with the supervisor and they promised to get it to me within the next couple of hours so hopefully I will finally get it. I will never purchase online from Pandora again. Worse experience online service from Pandora man.

I ordered the Disney 100 anniversary charm, however the Disney collector charm box was not shipped as shown in my order! This was very disappointing and I had to call and see why it wasn't shipped! They had no answer for me but agreed to ship one out! After few days I received a small paper box in the mail and again NO Disney collector charm box! I was so shocked. Like what was the point of shipping out a regular Pandora paper box?! I called again and after a few back n forths they said they're out of stock! I tried to leave a product review on the Pandora website but they monitor reviews and don't allow negative feedback! Wow! What happened to freedom of speech Pandora?

Overpromised and underdelivered

I frankly don't see the appeal of the cheap jewelry with the dangling bits, but my girlfriend wanted it.
We went into the store at St. Bruno, QC. They didn't have the bracelet in her size, they didn't have all the charms she wanted. They did have charms that seem to be nowhere in the catalog. It's pretty confusing.
We got some charms there, and then had to order the bracelet and out of stock charm online. The website said 2-6 day delivery. Two days later it showed as delivered, but I still hadn't received anything. When I checked with UPS they never collected the order from Pandora. I still haven't received the package 11 days later. They just seem to be very bad at logistics.
Considering the price for what it is, and the logistics snafu, I would advise you reconsider and go to a more upscale place.

If there is a problem with your online order it is best to completely cancel your order and place a new one. Their customer service hotline has long wait times, calls drop frequently, and the staff typical does not know how to help.

Placed an order online, money taken from my account, 6days later, nothing contact online so call customer service to be told they had no order? Despite having taken the funds?

Then without trying to sort the issue, just advised I would be refunded? Wtaf?

Not I am very sorry, let us rectify this for you and arrange shipment of the items ordered? Nope, nothing

Will not be ordering from them again

Black Friday scam

Ordered on Black Friday, received confirmation but nothing else for 10 days, called my order was cancelled due to no stock, why let people order things when There's no stock, oh to take their money and keep it for as long as possible! Spoke to 9 different agents all no help whatsoever, been buying Pandora and spent £££'s each year not anymore, they've lost my trust and my money will shop elsewhere from now on!
