Pandora's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its diverse music selection and personalized stations, often noting the app's ease of use. However, significant complaints revolve around reliability issues, such as frequent interruptions and repetitive song choices, which detract from the listening experience. Customer service also faces criticism, particularly regarding difficulties in account management and unresponsive support channels. While some customers express satisfaction with the jewelry products and in-store experiences, concerns about product quality and return policies indicate a need for improvement. Overall, Pandora must address these service and reliability issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

I have been a subscriber of their services for over 7 years. I have built a large library. And all sudden, my current account is not recognized nor my email address. I contacted their customer services and showed them past emails from them that prove that my account existed. Some one from their support replied and asked me for information related to my account and I gave her what she needed. I have never heard from her again. I contacted their services again and they never replied. I will never use their services again.
Horrible service. It will only allow two stations to be downloaded with approximately 10 songs each for (OFF LINE) listening. Not worth my money. The company would not accept my cancellation and don't bother calling as the voicemail message states you will not be able to speak to anyone. What the hell kind of business is this?
I truly don't appreciate having to see the same commercial a million times. It's the commercial that starts with "your kids" n then it finishes by saying "never stop being their protector". It's a commercial about health insurance. It's a commercial that I find obnoxiously annoying n it turns me off. You guys are playing this commercial in an OCD way n I'm tired of looking at that commercial
I use it a few times a week. The basic plan is ok for me, the ads dont bother me too much. The only thing is that If I make a station for an artist or a band why do they insert others into that. It makes no sense.
Hate the new web page... many seem to feel the same. I said when the classic page went away, so would I. I deleted my account the moment i could not switch to the classic format. So now because you failed to listen, I'm all done listening to ads. I wonder how many other people are deleting accounts, and if that is why your stock is dropping. I hope so. So many better options out there now. Google Music, Spotify, Amazon, The Radio... You couldn't leave well enough alone, and despite the complaints about your new web interface, you pushed it out without addressing the concerns.
If you feel the same you have to delete your account, not just stay away, if you keep your account, they will still use it to market membership numbers to advertisers. Fewer accounts means fewer ad dollars, and maybe someday they will listen.
This is the most wonderful music channel ever. I listen at home on an internet radio, on the computer and especially in the car with a smart phone hookup. I have established an extensive playlist of the most beautiful music (at least to me) I could ever imagine. There is a cost outside of a Wi-Fi connection but to me it is worth every penny.
Pandora used to be good but then they went to their new format and every half hour you have to click to confirm you are still listening (I think it used to be every hour? Or hour and a half?), and since we listen from an office, having to stop what you are doing when the music stops and go click that page to start it again, became too much of a hassle. Especially since it is at one computer and if someone else is listening, they have to get up and go to that computer (the only with sound in this office) and click. Every, half. Hour. Got to be too much and we found something else that has more variety and we dont have to click every half hour!
Through my experience with Pandora is great they have all the best music I love for free and very easy to use and store the music that you like. Great great site and app.
I Love Pandora Always Playing My Favorites Songs, One Thing I Do Hate Is That I Also Play Lullabies For My Baby To Fall Asleep But Then BAMMM A Stupid Add Comes Out and She Wakes Up Crying Because Obviously She Gets So Scare Of How Loud The Add Are! I Would Love If Lullabies Stations Wouldn't Have Adds At All! And No I Can't Pay 14.99 A Month For An App...
I really enjoy listening to Pandora, moreso than I do listening to something like SiriusXM. I like that you can thumbs up/down tracks, and their suggestions for music I might enjoy are usually pretty on-point.
My qualms: They should pay the artists more when they play their songs (but all streaming services are guilty of paying bands abysmally), and also the frequency of the ads drives me crazy - but I'm too cheap to pay for the premium service.
My biggest issue with Pandora (as with most services) is that ad volume far exceeds the volume of songs. Volume inconsistency does not stop there. Some songs are much louder than others. This small concept is leading to me using Pandora less and less. There was a law implemented to Television ads being much louder than the main broadcast.
" Specifically, the CALM Act directs the Commission to establish rules that require TV stations, cable operators, satellite TV providers or other multichannel video program distributors (MVPDs) to apply the Advanced Television Systems Committee's (ATSC) A/85 Recommended Practice ("ATSC A/85 RP") to commercial advertisements they transmit to viewers"
The Commission adopted rules on December 13,2011 that require commercials to have the same average volume as the programs they accompany.
I'm unsure why this doesn't also apply to Pandora's Streaming service.
My 7 year old has been learning French since age 5. I love that I can play French music to him while he takes a bath. I can listen to whatever I'm in the mood for, usually Gospel. I can listen to oldies, new, or even a mixture. The play quality is good. I can take my selections with me in my car. Its great for on the go or even back ground music while using a laptop.
Pandora decided to change its entire setup without an email, without training me how to use their newly edited system. Drove me nuts trying to figure out how to shuffle my rock stations. When you completely revamp your site, it might be WISE to let your USERS know how to continue using your SYSTEM!
I liked my pandora's design fine before. One thing they didn't include in their revamping was a way to drop stations into selected folders so you could just click a folder to play all. I have my quieter music and I have my rock. I have my celtic and country stations. It'd be easier to play all of my tracks of a certain type.
So all this revamping and they didn't make it more user-friendly. All they did was irritate me by completely changing how I play my tacks. And then I had to look through help just to work out how it works. Thanks Pandora, way to piss people off.
"Are you still listening?" OMG, I was so tired of Pandora just shutting off, to ask that question. Well, yes, I WAS LISTENING, until you just quit!
That is Pandora's way of trying to get you to PAY MONEY, and "upgrade". Well, NO, not when I can go elsewhere to get the music I want to listen to all day at work. I must say that Jango is so much better! (middle finger lifted on the way out...)
I really enjoy the variety of music y'all have to offer. I love your classic rock station also the 60's station. Keep rocking it guys!
It allows you to hear of a lot of variety within one musical genre at a time and groupings by era or by similar artists
I wish Pandora would allow a person to pick specific songs for a playlist. Playlist.com did it until they tried to compete with iHeartRadio and Pandora, thus ruining their website.
No matter what mood you are in Pandora always delivers the best! Typically do not have any issues with internet or anything when using.
Answer: Good luck reaching a person. No success for me. Cancelled my subscription after 10 previous years of great service. Too bad Sirius bought pandora out. Ruined the service and format
Answer: I don't know how or who determines what is on Pink Floyd radio. Not the same genre at all. Same for other artists.
