Pandora's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its diverse music selection and personalized stations, often noting the app's ease of use. However, significant complaints revolve around reliability issues, such as frequent interruptions and repetitive song choices, which detract from the listening experience. Customer service also faces criticism, particularly regarding difficulties in account management and unresponsive support channels. While some customers express satisfaction with the jewelry products and in-store experiences, concerns about product quality and return policies indicate a need for improvement. Overall, Pandora must address these service and reliability issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

I like the app, However, they run way too many ads and they only only 4 to 6 skips per station. Which is a big issue because I dislike a lot of the songs and would rather not have to create new stations every time I want to listen to music.
I love Pandora... the selection is amazing and it saved me from playing my same ol' CDs over and over!
Pandora is a game changer for me! So easy to use and always fantastic song selection! My husband and I love it!
I love using it. You can create your own stations and even personalize the others. Thumbs up and down determine what songs play. It's very easy to use and I love it.
It told me if i sign up i would get a free panda after my first month... Never got my panda although i did get a potato from my friend the otherday... what a small world
Love the free here at Pandora. The commercials are short and relevant. Thumbs up keep the type of music you enjoy coming and coming!
Absolutely LOVE Pandora! Streaming is seamless. Commercial free listening is great. Playlist creation is easy. The artist suggestions are fantastic and definitely enhances my listening enjoyment! Definitely recomnended!
Wonderful online music source for both at work and on the road in the car. I like the thumbs up option.
I enjoy their music and I pay for Pandora Plus, so I don't get commercials. My only complaint is with their service and technical developers. Their Android app has been so bad for many years, they can never seem to get right. It's a joke. So many problems. Trying to email their support team about Android app issues is the most worthless experience in the world.
They followed my teenage daughter and I in the Cherry Creek Mall Pandora as soon as we came in even though we bought something. Totally ignored the white couple who came in to browse. My daughter had never experienced this before and was so confused. After leaving a complaint, store manager called to apologise but made it worse with a dismissive attitude. I would never step back in this store again and I urge anyone of colour, watch where you shop. RACIAL PROFILING SEEMS TO BE ALIVE AND WELL HERE.
Yos maybe there are other sites I dont know of but pandora is very nice. Free music and once you pick a group they play them and others like it. Then they call them your stations and are saved for you. There is a new feature I dont care for, it asks if your still listening and stops music till you respond. So if your listening and also maybe repairing something in yourhome you have to stop and respond or no music. But it is free and maybe people left on using bandwith or something. And they do have comertials sorry my spelling. Anyway they are ok mot to interuptive. So for me there very good and Illcheck back to see if others sugest different. Thanks Tony
There is no point in listening to Pandora. Turn on your radio, You'll get the same generic corporate crap there. Go to Spotify where you can decide what you want to listen to. Pandora's "curated" music is nothing more than a way to screen out any indie artist's that might want to challenge the status quo.
Go with Apple Music. At least there, if an indie artist has their music out you can hear it.
We don't need another stinkin' corporate suck up as our source of music.
After not listening to Pandora from my cell phone for several months, because of excessive ads, I decided to try it again this morning. I walked and listened for 45 minutes. During that period there were 10 ads by Pandora, one in Rap format (terrible). Don't you think that is excessive or are you deliberately driving clients away. I will go back to my ipod, my music with no ads.
Its impossible to work with! Constantly locks up and freezes! Navigation is horrible! I miss the simple good ole days, and it seemed like it used to have better songs in their playlists
If your curious, trust me its not my computer!
Tried to cancel my account for 5 weeks. Every time I hit submit it gave message it was experiencing technical difficulties. Called customer service which gave message saying they do not take calls you need to email them. I emailed them and the person who was on live chat said I need to talk to technical support but I needed to give my credit card info as it would cost $5 to talk to someone and it could be up to $37. What a bunch of nonsense. They want to charge you for cancelling your account. I finally just called my credit card company and had them block all future charges from Pandora. Maybe then someone will actually help me without a fee. I will never do business with them again.
Pandora is great and all but laitly ill be listening to my favorite song then the song would stop on its own and i have to press the play button to continue it every 2minutes it happens it seems..
After my app updated this app became trash. The new face is the worst I cant even use it anymore though they had good music back then
As of yesterday, my app updated to a new face. Biggest complaint, shuffle isn't available and doesn't work the way it used to. I LOVED pandora because I could get such a variety of music back to back. Now that I can't shuffle my stations, I'm stuck listening to one station or listening to a playlist. If this isn't fixed asap, im going to stop using pandora. Im so disappointed.
Pandora is nice for free music and playlists. But in 2017 they made an ignorant mistake selling out to advertisers. Nothing says, 'my company is already successful,' like needing to get paid for 5 times more advertisements than you've ever been paid for.
Every 2-3 songs the music stops and you have to go click the pause button twice just to get the advertisement to play. Then it might play 2 ads and not even start your music. So you have to go refresh the page, and then they might make you listen to another advertisement before hearing 2 more songs before they play more advertisements and make you refresh the page.
Youtube also sold out to advertisers, but their music doesn't stop playing near as much so youtube wins.
I like the music library Pandora has to offer. I use the free app. I have tried to create different playlists with different genres. It is possible to put requests in, but those songs may never be added. I find it frustrating that liking a song by a random artist can send the playlist onto a totally different track. You should be able to dislike a song for that playlist without it being deleted from possible songs for you. Overall it is a fine way to listen to music.
Answer: Good luck reaching a person. No success for me. Cancelled my subscription after 10 previous years of great service. Too bad Sirius bought pandora out. Ruined the service and format
Answer: I don't know how or who determines what is on Pink Floyd radio. Not the same genre at all. Same for other artists.
