I never received my full order. Sent multiple emails but didn't get any response. My 2 sarees never got shipped nor was I refunded. Lost 200$ to this scam.

Please stay away from this! Beware!

Their goods stuck in Malaysia customs due to suspicious documents, but Panash doesn't care to sort the issue. They are only bothered to get paid then extremely slow response. The only one-time response through WhatsApp and then gone. Shouldn't they be responsible to work with the forwarder to solve the issue for customer?

I was apprehensive about placing order for a wedding and underwent tremendous stress as order wasn't delivered as promised. Before placing order I inquired regarding delivery timeline for my location via WhatsApp. They were very responsive and prompt in reply. Assured 13 days to deliver once order was placed, hence I went ahead and ordered. Few days after order I messaged on WhatsApp with order information, letting them know that order is time sensitive and it's significance given occasion. After anxiously waiting and not receiving shipping confirmation or order update past 10 days of the order, I inquired and was told that my order was delayed and they were working on it. However, the days kept passing and they were unresponsive. I made every possible attempt via WhatsApp, email, phone but could not get a hold of them or get response. After taking my money, they decided to become unavailable and unresponsive. I ended up with no dresses for the bridesmaids for the wedding, was too late to order from anyone else, stores in the USA don't carry more than one piece of same items, and I lost my money. I cannot begin to express the stress and hardship they put me through both emotionally and financially. So, be aware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE because they will disappoint, especially for a wedding, as you can imagine the situation you will find yourself if they don't deliver.

Item not delivered. Half baked and careless email was sent to me saying they can't deliver what I ordered 3 days before my wedding.

You might as well order from wish.com than here. I ordered a sherwani for my wedding more than a month in advance. They said the item will be shipped in 15days. A month later I am still sending them emails literally begging them to atleast tell me if they can't send it on time so I can go buy something else. 3 days before my wedding they sent an email saying they can't send it at all because, in their words, "item didn't pass our stringent quality checks & hence we are unable to dispatch the same.". What do I do now? But a cheap $#*! one on Amazon, and look horrible in my own wedding pictures.
I ordered some jewelry along with the dress, and they were damaged goods too. Never in my life have I paid someone 100s of dollars just to beg them to just reply to my email. One of the most dehumanizing experience in my life.

Panaash India has a good variety of Indian traditional wear. Prices are high. Quality of product is very good.
I would rate 4 out of 5 for their collection.

They are always available on email and phpne to respond (within a day or 2 you get replies). They refunded me the full amount for a genuine complaint, but it took many follow ups.

You can rely on their international service though shipping takes long time which is mentioned in product details. Sometimes you need to follow up for shipping of product.

They still have to work more to compete other international sellers for faster shipping and delivery and a few additional details in the product description (inner lining etc).

I ordered a dress in January 2020, paid for it and all. After weeks Panash customer service emailed me saying there is a defect in the dress so they do not want to send it to me. Gave me two options, either pick another dress or we can refund you. I asked for a refund and gave them my account number. They have still not refunded me for the dress and are not replying yo any of my emails. This is ridiculous! So not happy with the way they are treating me and not even getting back to me. I have been trying to get in touch with them for nearly 2 months now.

This is the best outfit I have bought online. The fiting was extraordinarily perfect. The quality of fabric and detailing of embroidery is top notch.

I ordered a blue cotton dress from their website, costing around 1500/-. It was delivered in 10 days with courier charges paid by me.
The dress was shoddily stitched, not as per measurement and size given in the size chart on website. The most disgusting part was, it was pre altered by someone. They had sent me an old or pre ordered dress which was pre altered by somebody.
On complaining to helpline I got response by email, their return policy was me sending dress back to them bearing additional courier charges and the amount being credited to my account for further purchase in future. With this experience how can I be sure that I will get good piece next time. Complete waste of money. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a Salwar Kameez from Panash in Decmeber and paid for customized stitching however, when it arrived, the pants could not go up my hips at all and the dress was waaaay too long and the symmetry of the design was not aligned. I need to lift it with my hands so i can walk without falling. I contacted Panash and their response was that they would alter it but i need to pay for shipping which I refused. I opened a case with Paypal for 100% refund and i have emailed Panash 3 times for return instructions and no response. Do not purchased from this place -- it's a disaster.

The kurta pajama fits me perfectly, the color is also same as the image. The fabric is lacking somewhat, it is not as shiny as in the photo, apart from that a great outfit.
