I have ordered the Kurta 20 days ago, still no response only when you drop email auto-response will received nothing else.

Calls are never get connected for customer care.

I was recommended this site by a friend, we also ordered our bridesmaid from Panash. My wedding lengha arrived in less than 2 weeks and I am completely satisfied with my order. Their team was super responsive on whatsapp and email. Kudos to Panash, I am definitely shopping again.

Please be very careful while paying upfront. I ordered a kurta set on the first week of July and it was supposed to be shipped within 15 days of receiving the order but it's not first week of September and they have not yet shipped. Their customers call number is not working and I have been checking with them on mails and there also they have been given so many dates but they have missed all of them. Recently they have stopped replying as well. I don't have much hope to get my money back neither the item. Horrible experience.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered a kurta for my wedding and paid for it on july 30. These guys never contacted me after that. When I asked for my order ( today its 18th of August), they still haven't given any useful reply. The response is very cold. If you are super lucky, you'll get a computer generated mail. Horrible. People, don't get cheated by these fake guys

Horrible. Really really horrible. Noone even bothers to attend the phone calls. Charging and pricing is in USD but the standards are too worse. We are very pleased with the items we ordered. We purchased online. The item's fit well and were true to size-no alterations were required.

I ordered a bridesmaid outfit for a wedding on MARCH 5th. I received email confirmation on March 25th that the outfit had reached my house, but no package was on my doorstep. I called Fedex and they were unable to provide GPS confirmation of delivery and said they could provide a refund but that I would have to ask Panash to file a claim with them. I called panash every day for nearly a month, having a deadline for this outfit, and they never filed the claim. I finally asked my bank to refund me the money and felt disgusted that I had to order the outfit again through Panash, but needed this as a bridesmaid outfit and had no other choice. I will literally never shop at this ghetto, sketchy clothing website again, and will not be recommending this to any of my friends. So upset.

I am from algeria and i was surprised by my order and its quality... I was very afraid that I would not like it or that I received a different one from the picture on the site... but it was like the picture - even in the smallest detail... and it was like in the size that i put it.
I have my sister, a seamstress, after examining the suit: she was very impressed by the quality and craftsmrder.

Ordered my wedding dress.The dress looks better than the picture, got delivered in a week, and fits well too.

I ordered a dress and it came so short in length. When asked they try to defend and closed the ticket. This is ridiculous. Full length anarkalis look so ugly if the length is not right. It is waste of money and I couldn't even wear it.
