The paint match was perfect but the tip of the applicator nib in the base color tube dried out too quickly, causing the paint to flow ABOVE the tip.

Up till now, I have been fully happy with the numerous orders and paint I have ordered. I have placed 4 separate orders of Plymouth Dodge Crimson Red Metalic and the paint match has been 100% until the last order. The last qty 5 cans place on 03/05/2025 is substantially a lighter shade than the previous more darker burgundy shade. The only upside is the body part painted was a tailgate and not a fender. In order to correct this since I have body panels to paint I'll have to place another order for Qty 3-4 cans and perhaps try to blend the remaining 3 cans. I do understand and states on your website that there is no guarantee of exact matches, but since I placed 3 previous orders and one with only Qty 2 cans of the Crimson Red Met and matched I would hope and assume a larger order Qty 5 would match. I'll be more than happy to send the two caps off the cans and I'ts a noticeable difference.
All Good. Had one can damaged in previous order on the Navajo Copper Plymouth. Would have liked a refund or credit considering $30 per can.
