I received my scratch kit, and the paint is a perfect match. I did two light coats and most of the scratch (actually two scratches, one small and one narrow but about 10 inches) were covered. Nowever, when I tried to do a final coat, the tip was quite hard and the paint didn't flow well. Actually, after much shaking and trying to get the last coat on, the tip came out of the tube, and while I was able to reinsert it, it came out several more times. I guess that I'll have to be satisfied with a mostly- covered scratch.

The ordering process and website is so simple and easy to use. Its a very good and fast to navigate.
The amount of paint you receive in a aerosol can is probably not what you are expecting. Your going to need more! I ended up ordering 3 times... each time ordering 2 cans of paint for a total of 6 cans. The first time the paint color was right on... 1 can was filled more than the other. The 2nd Order the color was near all black but the cans were more equal in amount of paint. The 3rd Order the color was right on again and each can held about the same amount. None of the cans were full like you would think a spray paint can would be. There is enough paint in 2 cans to paint a fender multiple times and get a good base. I am very please with PaintScrtach and will be a customer again in the future. The issues I had was there was no information on how much paint I would need for a particular project or some kind of estimation to give me an idea of how much Paint I would need. I made 3 separate orders, paid shipping 3 times and each order to over a week to get. The Bottom line... Your going to need more than you think and the buying process and color matching are very good!

Ordered wrong color. Still not reassured why l got red when l ordered blue. Tried make a new order. We site wouldn't let me empty out previous order. Finally gave up. Placed order with another company

Smooth. The paint matched perfect. This was a special order paint on a 63 Pontiac Grand Prix, I did not have the number, just the name and division that used it 63 Chevrolet Ember red.

So far experience has been good, i have yet to open or use the product.
