I've always had good service but a little disappointed this time. I tried to cancel my order within a couple of days but was told it was already filled. Come to find out that it wasn't in fact filled, received it about ten days later. I just wanted to find something other than lacquer to paint a door handle. It would be smarter to give a refund than to lose a customer.
Product was delivered in a timely manner. But my 1957 Coronet required single stage paint. You sent modern paint with clearcoat, against my specifications.
I cannot comment as I have yet to use the kit to repair scratches on my vehicle. Can say, making the order was easy and it arrived in a very timely manner.

Stirred/shook paint: Colour nowhere resembles supplied paint codes. Because paint codes were beyond 2005, company claims no responsibility. Response is automated and notes no replacement, return or refund shall be made. I was better off covering the spot with a piece of chewing gum.

Have had experience using Paint Scratch products before and was pleased.
The first spray can that I ordered did not match well to the paint. I have a 1991 Orly Blue VW Westfalia LP5Z and I know that this is a tough one to match because of the reflective qualities.
The second batch of spray I ordered was MUCH closer and matched up great.
Color match great and went on smooth and even although spray nozzle didn't work on first can but used nozzle from second can that worked.
Paint matched perfect! Even being in an aerosol can! Looks great will order again soon!
