I never received a receipt for my order by email, despite putting in a request for it through the website. Otherwise, everything worked well.

Could not believe how wonderful the match was. Will probably order more now that I know how well it worked.

Did match the color of my car and it looks really good over all very satisfied and will buy more for my other vehicles.

I ordered my paint based on the color code for my car. The paint arrived in the expected amount of time. The paint is of good quality with thorough instructions.

There are clear instructions how to use the product on the sample card included to make sure the color match is correct. There are clear instructions on how to return the product if it doesn't match. I ordered the exact color number for my car and was sent exactly what I ordered; unfortunately, after making the color match card exactly as instructed the color does not match. This is through no fault of Paint Scratch or my selection.

I ordered primer, base coat, and clear coat for a repair I need to do on my vehicle. This is a popular paint color on a lot of vehicles, so I figured it would be an easy paint to mix. I sprayed a test sample and knew immediately it was way off. My paint has a very minimal amount of pearl flakes in it. What they sent me looks like a bass boat. I sent them the sample they requested, and they told me that it matches their color chip perfectly. Obviously they have the wrong chip. I have talked with the dealership, a body shop, another online paint match supplier, and an auto parts store that mixes factory paint and they all say the same thing. Paintscratch.com is wrong. Customer service here has been useless, defensive, and borderline incompetent. I will never use this company again. Thank you for a complete waste of $139.69.

Easy navigational website, fantastic instructions, an excellent paint match, so much so I couldn't even tell where I touched up. They will be my go to for paint.

I listed the colors but did not have color codes

I suppose it's a marketing strategy. Advertise that you have the paint I need, then tell me you don't but you can custom match. That way you don't have to keep any stock. Ridiculous.
