I don't have any issues with the product. It is what I needed for our car ding. Paint can be build up but the thing is the dry time to apply the top coat. 24 hours is such a long time.

Matched perfectly, easy to use, enough to do the job
In the past, I have used paintscratch spray paint on an aluminum boat. The color match is perfect, but it takes about 20 coats to cover the area. I am trying the paint scratch primer this time rather Rustoleom primer that I have used previously. Apparently, there is no customer service at Paintscratch to ask questions.

Paint received was not correct but found that order was fulfilled by paint shop very close to me. Went in person to try to get a match. Owner and staff were very helpful polite and patient with me. In the end, was unsuccessful in finding paint match but they sure tried!

An issue with the order and the troubleshooting for their website has not been ideal. Automated responses that seem confusing and issues with email forms. The color seemed to be different than what was ordered. Hope to resolve this.
