After placing my order, I realized I had 2 different paint codes for the same color offered by our RV manufacturer. Working with the customer support team, they made the extra effort to research and confirm that the 2 paint codes were the same color. While I felt certain that the paint codes were for the same color, their confirmation added a degree of confidence. Thank you!

Maybe I couldn't find it on the website, but one upgrade opportunity is to provide a downloadable PDF of the directions on how to use the product.

I have ordered touch up paint for my original paint 1960 Oldsmobile and it was a perfect match. I recently ordered a pint of same paint and assume that it will be a perfect match but I haven't as yet had the repairs done. Service was excellent, though.

Will contact company so there will receive the correct colors.

Make sure to follow the directions. Keep those area small.

I received my paint that was supposed to be single stage, received base coat. Tried to get it replaced and was told I needed to buff it. Did that and in doing that it only removed the paint. Further proving it was base coat. Explained that and no more responses. Also this company is only a reseller and not the manufacturer. Every email I was told they needed to speak with the paint supplier.

Received order and here's thirty-five more characters!

I'm a professional auto body painter of 58 years. I mixed my own paint. I check the color matching with great detail. My vehicle had never seen sunlight until I retire and recently moved to Florida where it is garaged. SO I know the color has not faded. WAY TO LIGHT

The color was slightly darker than my cars original color but it was most likely due to my cars paint fading as the website states. The difference was not large enough for me to feel it was necessary to reach out. The instructions provided a little confusing but they are detailed.
