The paint scratch products are really great! I was able to freshen-up the look of my car. The only weird thing is how they MUST ship to the billing address on the credit card. This is fine, but I wish that was clear on the ordering page. Maybe just remove the shipping address part and put a line that all orders will ship to the billing address.

Ordered touch up paint for an Fleetwood Bounder and disappointed when I got my order confirmation stating that due to the age and the fact that they don't have color samples that the paint may not match. I spent allot of money to ensure a match and was surprised to see this message.

Very easy to use. Already ordered paint previously and turned out to match great. This is the second time and the process was just as great. Again, the paint matched very well. Tha k you for what you guys do. More orders coming soon haha.

I ordered primer, base and clear coat. All ready-to-spray. Primer and base are good. However the clear coat came out of the gun like spider web. Here is a video of the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18a-xvwCcFM

The gun is fine and was properly cleaned before using. I sprayed it with the Upol clear coat without any issue.

I researched online and it seems the problem is associated with either the wrong harder added or too much harder added to their RTS clear coat.

Great service, paint was a great match, very satisfied with both services and product, will use again if needed.

The website was easy to navigate, with clear instructions on how to find the paint code on my vehicle. It also provided a "check-the-box" list with the manufacturer's name for the color - and color icon samples - to help ensure I was ordering right color. Having the color name was a huge help, because I remembered it from when I bought the car, and it was way better than just the code.
I ordered the brush and bottle rather than the pen, because I find it easier to use because it gives more control. I received regular updates on the delivery. It arrived on-time in a heavy paper envelope, tightly wrapped and taped in multiple layers of plastic. The instruction card inside said to put a drop of paint on the back of the card to ensure the color match was correct. There was also contact information if I had any issues with the product.
The color match and consistency of the paint were perfect, and it applied without a hitch. It was a perfect color match when dry.
I highly recommend PaintScratch and their products.

The color didn't match exactly but I read that it may not before I bought it. Not such a big deal it's only a few shades off. The finish is pretty good but that is all up to how well you prep and apply the paint. Overall, a bit pricey but can come out nice if you take your time.
