Ordered 1 painting, and it was fantastic. There was heaps of paint (so often other companies don't send enough), and clear communication across the process. Due to COVID-19 there was a bit of a postage delay of about 10 days, but the company always kept in contact. It was a bit more expensive than others that come from China, but to support a small Australian company I thought was worth it. By comparison, I ordered a PBN through an international company and waited 5 months for the parcel. I'll take Paint Plot anyday!

I discovered Paint Plot Australia during the Coronavirus lockdown, and have dealt with them several times over the last few months to purchase Paint by Numbers kits. Their products are very high quality, orders have been received quickly, and any queries have been answered promptly. I cannot recommend Paint Plot Australia highly enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and doing their paintings is the most relaxing and fun hobby you can have.

After 6 weeks, it took a PayPal claim to have my "missing" PBN shipped.
It finally arrived, and the first paint pot I opened was dried out solid. I tried Flow Aid and it was too far gone.
Eventually I got a replacement paint, and it was EMPTY!
This has been several months, and I have completed 12 others from different companies since ordering this 1st PBN. I am undecided whether to complete with different paints, or to just throw it away.
This has to be one of the worst online shopping experiences I can think of.

I've bought several Paint by Numbers kits from PaintPlot and I'm about to buy some more. They are high quality canvas and paints and are posted so that they turn up pristine and not all creased like most online sellers. The group Facebook page for customers is brilliant and provides lots of support and plenty of great feedback about how Paintplot provide brilliant service. Why would you buy from China and wait months? Great little Aussie business do a fantastic job.

I have had nothing but excellent service from paint plot. I have had fast deliveries and their range of paintings is wonderful.
I love that they have a social media page where we can ask questions and show our paintings and paint plot themselves take part in helping anyone so in my experience their customer service is excellent.
When covid first appeared I ordered some pbn from an overseas seller... they took over six months to arrive and never once did I get a reply to my many numerous emails.
I also love that each week paint plot send out an email with possible future paintings and ask us to vote on them.

I've ordered multiple times from Paint Plot and all I can say is - outstanding! The quality of the canvas, brushes and paint is A+ but the customer service is second to none! I'm a return customer already and have every intention to keep buying from Paint Plot in the future solely because as a customer I am treated as an individual, not a number. The prices are very affordable for the quality of product and shipping has always been reasonable. Not to mention there is always a discount code for 5% or free shipping etc, they practically give these away! I've bought these for all of my friends as gifts this year so I can show them how great Paint Plot is too! I love this product and I love the team at Paint Plot

I ordered and received my kit all within a week... but I do live in the same area! I can see there have been some problems re shipping... but I have had some shipping problems with other companies recently too... just not coping with COVID demands! I loved my kit... paint quality was very good as was canvas quality... and it's hanging on my wall now. I received a PDF as well which came in handy with some of the smaller cells. Highly recommended and will buy again.

I liked the intrigue of this one. Not knowing where it's leading to…. A little like life. Found this one quite soothing and relaxing.

I love these, there are so many fantastic new pictures coming through and it's always such a thrill picking my next one to do! Coming into Christmas - they have me covered for presents! I highly recommend this amazing company.

I have completed 1 Paint Plot paint by number kit so far and am half way through my second. The quality of materials is great - canvas, paint and brushes all good. I have had no problem with ordering or delivery, even in these Covid times.
I suspect that the negative reviews on this site do NOT relate to Paint Plot but other companies (of which there are many not so reliable as this one).
I recommend Paint Plot wholeheartedly. My wife and I have another 3 kits each to paint in our stash!

I loved the designs and ordered one painting to try. It was so much fun to do and the unicorn was a good fit for a beginner painter like me. My second painting was the mother and baby for my sister's nursery.
I love the quality of the canvas and the fact they are Australian based.
I have since brought 7 more painting with 4 on their way.
