I received my purchase in a timely response. My only fault is numbers are unreadable even with magnifier. As a result of poor quality small colour picture and equally illegible numbers on paper print, a lot of artistic license was required. Perhaps larger colour pics would be beneficial or paper that you can correlate numbers with canvas.
I ordered 2 kits on Dec 2. After 3 weeks inquired as to when I would receive. On Christmas Day I finally received notification that they were just shipped that day. I emailed customer service to complain (they were both supposed to be Christmas gifts). They have been claiming ‘it's on the way' and ‘it's delayed' although the tracking number has never worked so nothing can be tracked. I said to cancel the order and wanted a refund and they refused. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction. Their website claims that that orders to the US and I'll be received in 3-8 business days. We are long past that time frame.
Ordered this paint kit back in early December 2020 and we are still waiting to receive our paint kits. Then we get emails asking how much we like the kit/product which makes it worse. Not sure if we'll order paint kits from this company again.
Unfortunately, I ordered three of these as a Christmas gift and they arrived late. Just know up front that shipping takes forever. I didn't realize it was an international company when I ordered.

Bought a pic for my son-in-law as a Secret Santa present. It arrived on the 24th so Santa came right on time and he loves it. It turns out Santa got one for me too. I sit down to paint and before I know it, time has passed while I am in a world of my own... all is good. :)
Paint plot has great variety to choose from, paints were all in perfect condition too. Even coming from Australia to Canada during a pandemic, still arrived in a decent time! Tracking system was easy to use, and let me know exactly where my paintings were. They give helpful emails with videos to help make your paintings better! I ordered 4, and just finished the first one. I'm a person who has to keep busy, so put on a pod cast and focus for hours haha Very happy overall with this small business! Great costumer service!

I was advised the approximate date paint plot was due. It arrived safe and sound. I'm just busting to move along with my new hobby now!

I have just got into PBN this year during lockdown. Paint Plot have a great variety of paintings to choose from. The quality is the best I've seen and the customer service is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone wanting to give PBN a go

I was very happy with this company Paint Plot Australia, will be buying off them again. 2020 has been hell of a year for a lot of small businesses who send out orders, must be so frustrating for them getting bad reviews about delivery. I had great correspondence with them, and still do if I have any trouble they send me emails. I was so happy with my Paint By Number kits, paints and canvas were in good condition. I am totally hooked on this sought of painting
Originally when I saw how the painting came in and how much detail I needed to work with, I was intimidated. However, as I went through color by color l. I could see the view I had seen in Ireland several years ago. It came out better than I expected.
I ordered glowing horse kit with frame from here to give it as a gift to my cousin. As she is a painter herself, she liked my gift and painted the canvas very nicely.
Paint Plot Australia are a 5 star business that I'm so happy I've found during this current pandemic. The shipping time are super quick and they are willing to help you with whatever your needs are.
I loved my 1st paint by numbers from paint plot. It was fun and addictive. I can't wait to get onto my next one. Loved it. 100% happy.
I'm happy with the finished product but I had to COMPLETELY overhaul every single color in the ocean to get it to be (almost) as pretty as the pic on the website. I also changed up the grass too but not as much as the water. Also, some of the numbers were impossible to read (even the ones in spaces big enough for a properly sized number).
