I have spent $70 worth of clothes and still no parcel. I will never use this company again.
I've placed an order with Ozsale on the 23/7/19 and contacted them on the 05/8/19 asking where my order was.
They got back to me on the 09/8/19 and advised me they were unable to confirm the exact date that
This will be dispatched and they will be contact their supplier for more information.
No tracking number had been provided so I was unable to track the order to check if it really had
Been dispatched.
I have asked already 3 times for a refund because, as of today I still have not received the item.
I have never waited so long for an order ever. I have used Ozsale for over few months and will never
Use again as I can not believe that it takes a month and counting to receive an order.
There is no excuse for orders to take so long for people to receive.
You have lost another customer.
Regarding to the refund as I said I have asked 3 times and they never replied to me with an answer.
I've escalated this issue to ACCC and now I will do the same to https://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/.
I'd appreciate some satisfactory answer.

Paid for an item that Ozsale was unable to supply, my credit card was charged immediately but I'm unable to get any information regarding my refund. The money was taken out of my account over a month ago.

This company charges your account as soon as the order is placed, although items do not arrive. Trying to find your order or getting a refund is time consuming with no positive out come. They are providing a service you pay for, so it up to them to find out why their suppliers have not sent the items. You deal with numerous people each time there is a response. Excuses... in the end I cut my loss and will never deal with this company or any company they have taken over again...

Hi ordered a quilt cover set and after having paid in full via OurPay I am yet to receive the quilt cover. In the last week though after querying it again any evidence of this purchase has been removed from my account as well as the email contact querying the status of the purchase. I am now trying to get an answer but no luck as they are asking for details of the purchase which I cannot provide as they have removed! Never purchasing again!

This is my Ozsale story...
I ordered two pairs of boots, great brand and seriously inexpensive. The following day after realising I'd ordered the wrong size I called them only to be told they had already been dispatched!
I thought wow that was quick but got all the info about returns.
I didn't receive notifications about postage or estimated arrival dates during the following week so I sent emails enquiring. Nothing. Eventually I received a reply telling me I needed to supply more info if they were to help.
My email is unique. They simply needed to enter it to find my order. I know this because in subsequent phone calls that's all they needed to bring up my info. Anyway this went back and forth until I figured something was wrong.
Eventually I received an email telling me my order would be delivered to my door. How that was relevant to my questions about refunds and possible whereabouts of my order I have no idea.
So one month later I received an email apologising ( the word " sorry " pours like tap water with these people)... because they didn't have these boots in stock!
So these boots were never dispatched and every person I dealt with was blatantly dishonest.
Ok so then I began the refund requests.
I think I sent six emails and made the same number of phone calls and was given as many excuses. The last straw for me was after being told i would receive it immediately. Ha! Got a message saying, sorry you'll have to wait we're having problems with our refunds!
So, I called again and said I would call everyday three times a day until my refund was honoured. The following day I called again and hey presto management had approved my refund!
Do these people have management?
What are their policies around consumer transparency?
There is something seriously wrong here.
Sure I can suggest they review my situation and perhaps understand that their deception was clear, but they won't do that.
I would advise anyone considering engaging in dealing with these people to asses their decision carefully.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered and my goodness I hate being deceived.
Now, if anyone's out there from Ozsale that may bump into this review don't you dare say SORRY! I've heard that word at least a hundred times from you over the weeks and quite honestly it reached the point where it disgusted me.
You know, here in Australia, the word
Sorry' has always meant an exchange of risk and forgiveness. It's a great leveller.
Don't insult us by spewing platitudes that mean nothing.

Made an order on a woman jacket on 19th May and it has to be delivered by 12th June. Still hasn't received it yet. Has been contacting to them for several times and seems like they don't care. Didn't expect this experience from a big online store. Will never shop again.

Ordered online advised should receive order in a matter of days. Followed up after a week and then 2 weeks to get automated responses that didn't answer my question as to where it was and if there was an issue. After 3 and a half weeks I noticed the order status had changed to refunded. I've not been refunded and I don't have the goods.
Customer service responses are far less than acceptable! Terrible site.
I am following up to get my money back but this has just been a headache and I'll never trust this site again.

I have bought many things from this site and there is no quality assurance they will sell anything without checking if the sellers are selling the real deal, Fake pearls when they state it is real, Tiffany knock offs, underwear that get holes after 2 washes same with socks, smashes candle in which they refused to respond, save yourself time and money buy somewhere else

I have to say that I have bought a lot of stuff from this website and its been good stuff but for some reasons now they are so slow at sending order it really bad they give to tracking but it never moves and when you ask them where is my order they say it is on the way I have two order well behind what they say it should be very frustrating you can not even track order and before you could when I bought thing off this website they need to pick up there game again and be as good as what they once used to be or I stop buying and find other website that you can track order and it faster! Because this is way to slow not sure even if I get goods anymore
I recently purchased a belt from Ozsale which claimed to be a "one size" fits all. When the package arrived the belt was not in fact one size but was size 48 belt which is equivalent to 3XL. I am very disappointed with this false advertising and will not shop here again.

My credit card was charged by this company for $923.00 at 2am in the morning. The bank has stopped my card and are investigating. Buyer beware and don't use a credit card on their website. It's not safe and I don't appreciate having to go through the process of dealing with fraud and theft of my money!

I have placed and order and it somehow got duplicated. 4 identical items in each in exactly the same order placed at the very same time. Ozsale is charging me for the second order and refusing to cancel it. Even more - they want to charge me for return shipping $7-$14 dollars per item.
And all theyir so called customer service replying to my emails is 'sorry we can't cancel your order'.
IT IS NOT EVEN MY ORDER. It is their site bug.
Reputable business would probably apologise and at least pay return postage but 'reputable' is clearly not about Ozsale.

This is the WORST company in the world to deal with. They have accessed my credit card without permission and will not respond to any contact. They are totally unprofessional, cheats, liars and completely incompetent. NEVER deal with this company, they have absolutely NO customer service at all.
