I have been shopping online with Oz Sale for a good while now, I have not had one disappointing moment. It makes birthdays/Christmas/house warming and wedding gift shopping easy!

I love my daily emails from Ozsale. There are always good quality brand names priced affordably. The postage is reasonable too and the site is easy to navigate around. Much better than the Brands Exclusive site. I will continue purchasing from and recommending Ozsale.

Some products arrived in a few weeks, others 6 weeks. Good prices, for genuine products. Best to buy when free shipping is on offer, because shipping costs can outweigh the savings.

Some order take too long so please consider about that

On the odd occasion i have been sent the wrong item. However the team is always quick to respond and fix the issue. They give great customer service.

Love it but getting disappointed as many prices are not true discounts. I have checked products and normal prices to find the advertised discount price the same as the shops

I actually don't shop a lot on the internet however when l do l always seem to purchase with Ozsale as l'm confident l will have no issues and l like the way l know when my parcel is about to arrive Thankyou

I love Oz Sales and the products BUT I am very annoyed with having to pay return fees when the product is not the correct size or colors etc.
When buying online this is difficult to pick always the right size (specially for clothes, sometimes it doesn't fit) or to have a real idea of the product color / fabric etc...
Return on clothes should be free of charge.

All of the items I purchased have been good quality and great value but there is a long wait for them to be dispatched and if you order multiple items they come in individual packages on separate days.
