The points you earn should never expire and when you redeem the points it should be to the dollar they are worth. Not $5 or $10 or $15, if you have $12.10 worth you should be able to redeem all of it for your purchases. I lost $2.10 in points because they expired, how dumb is that. You also have to spend over $100 to even redeem the code, so really there are too many catches there.
The prices within Australia are good on release if you take in the delivery costs online through other websites.
The customer service team have been nothing but responsive and attentive to me. They even have reward points you can use to get discounts.
