Love that it's hands free, the ease of the process, and good people to work with. We do not have an internal solution that is why outsourcing is was the option we went for. It's great to have the ease of knowing experts could create our marketing without having the cost of an internal marketing team. The outbound team provides thoughtful, high-level content and it's distributed to our clients without a hitch.
I enjoy having the ability to send emails that had a link to the specific sites I wanted. I saw a referral partner using it and thought it was really great content. I like the automation and like how I can see my engaged contacts. It helps me understand my clients' wants and needs and stay relevent without being too aggressive with emails and marketing.

I would have given this company zero stars if I was given the opportunity. I have been highly unsatisfied with this company for months and I keep trying to cancel. When I try to cancel they just try to push me off to a solutions manager who basically goes over your account with you and tries to get you to continue your service.
I get more out of the content I post and email then I do from using this marketing company. I was over promised, and if anything this company has hurt my business by spamming my clients than help.
Don't make the same mistake I did, research this company before buying into their garbage.

I have been with OutboundEngine for more than 3 years. Things I like? I have a solid network of people that are important to my business but I don't have the time or expertise to consistently follow and stay top of mind. OutboundEngine generates new customers on Facebook and Instagram but more importantly constantly monitors my network and surfaces my highest potential leads. The top rated mobile app makes sure that I can seamlessly and quickly follow-up.
Cons: It requires some work on my end but my Account Manager walked me through the first three times of following up and I always come away with a solid opportunity when I do.

Makes marketing so much easier! I have too many contacts to manage alone and too many projects to take on, which takes me away from my clientele. I was referred to this product by a friend who said she had used it with her small business and had a lot of success. I was hesitant at first but it has actually been so helpful. OutboundEngine helps me send out mass emails, etc. that are professional looking and don't look too cheesy. Called on spoofed number from local area code. Agent said they do that so you will pick up the phone. Black Hat techniques.
They have called multiple times and I have asked to be taken off the list.

I was sold on the "social media" and how my social media presence was going to blow up out of this world yadi yadi. Well 8 months later, I may have a total of 3 likes and 1-2 post comments. The so-called quarterly drawings, well, we will never know who wins them (or if they even win them) because they said due to privacy they can't tell us. Furthermore, those gift cards drawings are just for YOUR contacts, but a POOL of contacts of all the combined contacts of the FOOLS like me that signed up for this bogus useless waste of hard-earned money. DON"T SIGN UP FOR IT... YOU WiLL BE SORRY!

I like having the ability to contact new clients easily and provide current clients with up-to-date, relevant information. I find it difficult to keep up with all my clients and sometimes struggle with technology. Only down side is the price.
Outbound Engine provides expertise in social media technology. It's difficult trying to catch up with people who have been in the area for a decade longer than I have, and I want to spend my time talking to customers, not formatting emails. Cost/benefit analysis; even though it's expensive, the software makes it much easier to schedule and reschedule appointments.
