I have absolutely nothing nice to say - men don't use their real names in profile. Not a good start. Some seem desperate to meet right away and others just want to be pen pals. I had one conversation with a guy that was terrible! The majority of men on this site were nobody I would ever want to meet. Ugh! If they are semi-attractive, they want a woman 10 years younger. The site is useless! What you can write about what is limited, can't see the competition, and the matches sent to me were terrible. I said Bachelor Degree or higher and they sent High School for education. They need to have videos of people to see as well. Selection of single men impossible and mostly gross. They force you into a 3 month subscription when 30 days was way long enough to know I am never going to meet the kind of guy I am looking for on this site. My guess is there are no good dating sites out there. My dog is a much better dinner date so I shall go with that for now.

I set my parameters for 30 miles and daily get matches from other states or 100 miles away in my state.
Another item that is just me own peeve is how many women don't show their picture, or show their animal first. I have noticed that about 75% of the woman in my search range have animals, especially cats and dogs. I am NOT an animal person and so many women have animals that even if I were interested in them the animals turn me off. Just my issue, but makes u wonder how many women are being skipped over by men that don't like animals. That's probably fine with those women, but it sure is frustrating for me trying to find someone to spend my life with. I realize this is out of Ourtime's control.

I created a profile and also verified it but I can't access my account logging again. Can you please tell me why.

Provide totally unsuitable profiles to consider, most mire than 100 miles from where I live. Awful, disgusting men sending vile messages, and a scammer who has obviously been on the site for a long time because he wasn't vetted properly. Didn't succeed in scamming me though, I was too clever for him. I reported him and apparently he was removed but I wonder if he really is gone.

This site has no positives, it is full of Scammers who have had their photo's scanned and posted and it is not them. Unfortunately it would seem that a photograph is taken and Our time personal then write the review and messages, do not be fooled STAY WELL AWAY, or you will be disappointed and let down!

On our time 1 month and was 'fished' 2 times for sure, maybe 3 times.

Our Time took my money and I get one message a day. I bought a 3 month subscription apparently its wasnt enough. Any 'likes' are blocked from searching on the site and the pics are blurred. When it was free and i had blurred pucs i joined on the 3 month subscription. But when i joined all 'liked' profiles were removed. I would not suggest this site to anyone. POS/PM *OurTime.com

It used to up to 2 weeks ago. Let you search by area see who is in there area you choose, now they are just like Tinder just give you a small selection. Don't waste your money!

These folks are crooks. You sign up for a specific time period. When that time is over it autorenews unless you cancel auto renew. I went into that area to do it and completed all it said to do. Comes time for membership to be over and low and behold they renewed it I called them and they said I did not cancel. The girl took me through the screens and guess what when you think you did cancel …. YOU DID NOT. There is one more screen with very tiny (need a magnifying glass to see). She would not refund my money. I was assured this was now cancelled and it would not happen again. The following month April of 2023 happened again. I called again they refunded my money that time because I told them my Credit Union is aware and will dispute charges they dis not want that to happen. Crappy site anyhow.

I paid for premium & lost all ability to view likes and messages during an update. And, technical support isn't fixing the problem. I'm going on day 5 and no one can help. And, what's worse, I I get emails saying that I have messages. Can't access anything. Cruel!

I didn't even get as far as registration with these guys. I explained I didn't do pay pal, the only method of payment they offer, and asked to pay by credit or debit card. They didn't seem to understand my request and kept sending me emails saying I must be at fault and I needed to change my card on pay pal! They don't listen nor are willing to address any issues you may have. And that was before I had even registered as a customer. I would wide berth them….

First you pay for every little thing. Next if you do talk to some1 you will get a email from ourtime where they have blocked em cause they scammers. Do not spend your money on this site

They are nothing but a pack of crooks who screw their customers out of their money and steal from them. They are too famous and well-known to care about their reputation. They simply take your money by banning you mid-way through your membership. They have done it to me and my friends. A new trend in the scam book. As for the "service" they provide, well they just recycle old inactive profiles. Bots send you messages from these profiles who are no longer active on the site and probably they are not aware that the site is using their profiles. Scam, scam, scam!

In my opinion we have to be realistic and finding a true match has got to be difficult especially if you have been in a long standing loving relationship. The site is not good the same profiles appear time after time and despite stating in your profile the distance you are prepared to travel you still revived likes etc from men miles away. Customer services have always answered and dealt with my requests however cancelling a subscription is not easy. I did meet a lovely man however due to me it didn't work out so it can happen but I believe it's rare. I've tried a few times and for me I'm in the hands of fate if it happens it will if not I stay on my own. I never wanted to live with anyone or marry them just wanted to find a good caring man.

I joined based on the profiles they displayed. Once I joined those profiles did not exist. They have the most attractive people view your profile only to find out if you are interested in them they don't exist. Early on I sent a question to their customer service as to why some profiles were high lighted in a blue box, never heard back. Don't waste your money on this scam.

I have been a customer since last September. I cannot log on because the verification puzzle times out on time. I have tried 23 times and the people at Out Time make it impossible to call someone on the phone. Their toll-free line is NOT connected right now.

I have also used other sites and this one is the poorest so far because of (THE LACK OF)customer service. Williamc Dallas TX

BE CAREFUL I TURNED IN A SCAMMER AND HE IS STILL ON THE SITE UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME AND LOCATION. HE HAS 2 DIFFERENT PROFILES NOW
