Cant log in after paying for a membership. Can't get help. Can't get it fixed. They want to send me to a 3rd party site to PAY for help. Very frustrating. They send me emails and questionnaires about how they did, but won't respond to my comments and pleas. Useless.

I have been on this site twice. Both times my account was hacked with paid months remaining. Our Time would not re-instate remaining time. I had to pay again.
Stay away from this site. They use "bots" to populate "like me" and views.
Both instances, i never had results.
STAY AWAY!

The site is still horrible- but after some follow up emails I did get my refund. So if you have the same issue keep following up.

This site is stupid and a waste of money when your subscription is about to expire you will see local adds but they are not current with paying members once you sign paid or not they will continue to shop your profile but in some cases those profile are of people that are dead

Horrible experience on this site. Talk about rejection. I'd get regular emails from the company warning me of fraudulent people that had contacted me. I'm thinking this was a safe site and these men were on the up and up. This was very alarming. Do not sign up for this!

I subscribed for month and told them I did not want yo be renewed after a month and to take pictures and profile down when my subscription was over
Well some how they renewed my subscription 9 days before it ran out. So I called customer support
They said they would reverse charges which they did. However they also ended my subscription 7 days early and refunded my original charge. Two problems with that I was talking to a few women on site and they left my profile and pictures up
Another screwed up dating site one of many

Our time is constantly lying when it tells you that you have a message. The site itself sends out AUTOMATED MESSAGES to you indicating that matches are "interested" in you when you view their profile and they view you in return. They count sending their own automated scam messages to you on behalf of matches, many of whom did not intentionally contact you at all. The site never seems to remove old profiles, so you will constantly contact match profiles of inactive members. I am no longer a member, but my profile remains open on the site. Approx 25 percent of all the "real" profiles of reasonably attractive member are scammer profiles. By real I mean a profile that is active. In Many of these scammer cases, the person pictured in the profile is not the profile maker. It is all a scam, and a lot of time and effort are spent receiving and corresponding with scammer.

At the point I joined Outime, the site was telling me I had 48 messages. Remember though that the site includes its own automated messages to you in that count. I contacted ALL of these so called messages. I had 4 actual messages sent by members who had reached out to me. I had received contact reminders from the site each day reminding me to respond to my unread messages (48). Through my entire experience ikon this site, I felt scammed and lied to

Glitchy site, not user friendly, I have my pic posted but some people saying I don't have a pic, no way to make it seen. I get flirts from people that never sent one wasting my time. I paid for basic membership & it's not worth even $1. PASS ON THIS ONE!

You believe your signing up for one month and when you look at your bank statement OurTime has taken out a six month subscription fee…good luck getting it back. More fake profiles than real ones. I found a friend's profile that was canceled three years ago. Stay clear of Our Time.

Costumer service is non existent. I tried using a prepaid visa, they accepted it for 30 minutes and then booted me out saying they dint accept prepaid cards and they dint refund my credit card, so they are a bunch of thieves. Beware of this site. Philippe

I finally decided to give this site a try. Yes I'm 61 but I'm not stupid. I paid 40.00.The app has never worked.
Every time I tried to log in on my laptop it said I was not authorized. What? I call technical support. The guy fixes the problem. Two days later the same thing happened. This got old fast. They gave me my money back. I didn't ask for my money back. I'd already connected with a few guys. I called back. They gave me a free week. All of my photos were removed and the one I added below is sideways! Then my account ended. I paid 40.00 to use this website for one week. What a ripoff! Maybe its a sign!

Beware - this site is loaded with scammers. I don't see that they do anything to verify members are real. Look out for those with heavy accents, fall madly in love with you quickly, say they travel internationally, never meet and of course eventually ask for money. I've had 3 send me to their fake "I own this company" website. I will not be extending my membership. Customer service didn't respond to my emails asking what they do to verify the member is real.

I signed back up few days ago and had a couple of interested initial messages but then nothing.
I then changed photos and sent a few (what I thought were good) intro messages to a few men ….
No one's ever responded!

IMO there are ….

1- Lots of fake acts (who uses their passport photo on their dating profile!)
2- lots of say they're 57 and look closer to 70
If not older
3- Lots seem to set up accounts to check out the site but don't pay membership and you can't tell that's the case
4-I think OurTime uses some sort of algorithm that holds / stops messages.
I had someone ask if I had seen his message and I said no I had not.
He sent again and I saw for the first time!

I'm canceling my one month membership since this is a complete waste of money and time.

Sad to say sites like ZOOSK tends to be better but not by much!

Very hard to navigate through the profiles, impossible to improve yours, no help from the management, they want you to pay HOURLY to keep your profile on the top, and it get lost among the old ones within 10 hours of submitting. Hope I can get my money back, although, as I read, that's impossible. Take your business someplace else.

OurTime dating site is ran by dishonest scamming operator(s). I just paid fir a membership and supposedly those messages are coming from profiles, but they enter the messages automatically to send to you and they are all the sane messages.

I can't get into my account when I just paid. There's no automatic changing of password in case you forgot a password. You have to contact them. I want to take down my pictures and I tried contacting them, and no response regarding how I could retrieve my profile so u can take down my pictures.

OURTIME IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THE SITE.

I have tried this site a couple of times and it is just not worth it. I am sure there are some quality older men out there, but they sure in the heck aren't on Our Time. I have sent out dozens of messages, and heard back from ONE MAN. ONE! And he is not someone I would be interested in. Very discouraging. I am paid up through April but will not be renewing. Save your money and avoid the frustration! You would have better luck meeting a man at the grocery or hardware store.

Some random person or bot used my email address to sign up for this service - even included a fake picture. I have contacted support multiple times to remove this account, but I keep getting non-stop email. I have tried to unsubscribe from dozens of the mails, but they keep on coming. SO FRUSTRATING!

Please ladies be safe and use a different site! Never give money for ANY reason to anyone you have not met or do not know well. Even if they send you flowers and or gifts! They will try to get you to rescue them from many different situations. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! This site is a total waste of time and money. I had a six month subscription due to a sale. I had so many fake profiles. I would report them only to see them pop back up on my matches the next day. The one's that do answer are scammers/catfish. These are the attractive well accomplished men. They have to travel for work or family. A lot of thrm work for oil companies as contractors and on oil riggs. They will try to get you to give them money, do not do it but if you can get as much information like bank account information, address of bank, name of bank and name on the accounts. Never give them your bank information. Then go to the FBI website and report it. I had serval scammers. I never gave them anything. They will get angry with you and try to pressure you. The last one I reported to the FBI after finding the man who belonged to the stolen identy. This man had said it was not the first time his identity was stolen and he has not been able to stop them from stealing it. The other men were either far away, men I was not interested in or so creepy I would never respond to them. I am an attractive, educated woman who wasted time and money on this site. Please be safe, always meet in a public place, do not give them your address even to send you gifts or flowers no matter what site you use. I hope this helps both the men and women looking for a dating site.

Update to my last review, after, over 800 messages sent out only got 16 "responses", 11 were definite spammers/scammers. AVOID O. T. and any site part of their SCAM. Maybe one day enough "Customers" will file a Class action lawsuit against these scam,"Dating" sites

Please be very careful using this online site... beware of fraud profile photos and statements. I am very surprised that ourtime have no control or make it safer for their users I feel sorry for the poor persons wh do not realise that their whole life of personal photos is being used and being displayed out there with strangers!... how horrifying and Dangerous! What is Ourtime doing about it?
