The company faces significant criticism regarding its customer service and the effectiveness of its app. Many users express frustration over ongoing charges for a service they no longer use or were unable to utilize, highlighting a lack of responsiveness from customer support. Additionally, the app is perceived as cumbersome and inadequate for managing high-conflict co-parenting situations, often exacerbating communication issues rather than resolving them. However, some users appreciate the app's organizational features, which help consolidate communication. Overall, the sentiment leans negative, with calls for improved customer care and more user-friendly solutions.

Much more than messaging, keeps the family organized.
Ok, so divorce is hard and expensive. When you're on a budget, the last thing you need is for a judge to tell you need to spend another $100 on a website that you can take care of with text, emails and a good old fashioned calendar. I hope the judge overseeing my case has to one day use this service, but as we know education, courts, and pretty much anything government related is polluted by corporations. Thanks for making me and my soon to be ex, spend $200 on this crap. My son needs shoes but I can't get those because the judge sees that this stuff is more important. Wrap your shoes in plastic son, I love you.
Waste of time and money, even if order by the court good luck trying to get it enforce. If you see there own reviews not one single bad one review and I happen to give it one, and a co work also rated it a negative. I had to give it one star but thats even to high. Just in case this gets filter I also rated it on ripoff.com
This site has been a huge help to our family, it has greatly reduced our return trips to court to fight over parenting time and expenses. Everything is documented on the site and I never have to worry about the other parent "not getting" my messages.
Answer: You can add Tonemeter to your subscription anytime by logging into the website from a computer or your smartphones interent browser, then go to My Account and click the green button to enable Tonemeter. You can also add Tonemeter to your subscription each time you renew your account. When using Tonemeter, red bars will appear at the bottom corner of the New Message window to alert you of any emotionally-charged phrase that it has detected. Click those red bars (or the orange box next to those bars when using the website on your computer), and you will see Tonemeters analysis of the phrases in question. If you see no red bars, then Tonemeter has not detected any concerning sentences in your message.

Answer: Hi, Katelynn - If your co-parent kept their notifications active, they'll continue to receive them even after their account has expired. As for being able to read a new message you sent, each user is granted two grace logins that will allow them to access their account after it has expired. After those two grace logins have been used, the subscription must be reactivated if they want to access their account and any new activity waiting to be viewed.
Answer: Hello - Yes, you will be able to access all of the messages and other entries in your existing account by renewing your subscription.
