They state there is a 100 percent guarantee that your will be satisfied but I was not satisfied with the questions asked ex: what's your social security number. This question isn't asked on any of the official documents. Maya thought it would be ok to take bits and pieces of the refund policy to discredit the fact that the website makes false statements regarding refund. This business practice is totally unacceptable.
