I got what I wanted at the price I expected to pay and quickly.

Searched on wide width. Purchased wide width. Site changed order to medium width. Shoes were too narrow and style looked rather "old lady". People with wide feet like stylish shoes too.

Bought my husband a pair of Vionic sandals. He hasn't had time to wear them much yet. But he seems to like them so far.

I placed 2 orders. When i ordered orthotics, i found the site difficult to navigate and what i received was different than what i expected. I ordered Vionic flip flops and they were easier to order, but not as comfortable to wear as i would like

I ordered a half size larger (10), just hope they fit. Looking forward to getting them.

I have purchased many times from OrthoticShop and for various people in my family. We have all been pleased with the purchases and service (even with returns) :) although I do feel some of the prices are high

I was very satisfied with the shoes that I purchased, very comfortable!

Two months ago I submitted an order and paid by visa. You came back to me and said that you had to back order the shoes which would take two months, so you cancelled the order and refunded my money less $50.00 which you kept. Bad experience!

I like the various options and helpful hints because it is difficult to find footwear for my problematic wide feet
