I have ordered from Orthotic Shop on at least 3 different occasions without any issues, but this was the first time I was sent the wrong item. I wear Vionic sandals all the time and I was wanting the platform style, instead they sent the regular height style. They sent the right size and color but the wrong shoe. The packing slip did not even match the style number on the box. It wouldn't have been an issue if there wasn't a price difference between the two styles. So I returned them with instructions to send what I ordered.
Easy to order and pay on Paypal using a different address from billing to ship to.

Sandals made my feet hurt worse than they did before
This is the third time ordering slippers from you. I have winter slippers and summer slippers. For some reason the velcro wore out on the summer slippers which are the ones I am buying to try again. Hope the velcro has been improved on.
As always the shoes are perfect.
I have back problems, but hate wearing shoes in the summer. These are wonderful on your feet and really help with my back as well. Will definitely be buying these from now on.

Orthotic is where I get my orthotic shoes.
The site is pretty easy to work with. My Mac however makes it hard to get the answers to my questions because the link will not work in it. I really like the two pairs of Vionic shoes I got, but have had problems with some other shoes not fitting or not having enough arch. Believe I will stick with Vionics, but really wish they came in 8 1/2, as that would be the perfect fit.
I have nothing to share other than it was good.
I like the shoes I ordered but the arch support they were supposed to have wasn't as good as purported.
One pair didn't fit at all. Returned and ordered different style and size, awaiting delivery. Other pair still undecided about keeping. I like your prices but have hard to fit feet.
High prices but great products and great fit my arches don't hart anymore
