Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that appears to be the responsibility of Rockport.
The Cobble Hill shoes were very nice, however they did not support my over pronation. It would help if the shoe's description would state support for over pronation or just arch support. The sandals were also very nice, however they rubbed my bunions and were uncomfortable. As for the return, I think a return package slip in the shoe boxes would be a lot more easy and convenient to sent back shoes. I printed off my mailing label for the sandals but could not print the mailing label for the Cobble Hill shoes, this was aggravating. I did write the help desk and they did respond very quickly. I wasn't sure if I would order again because of the return situation. However, I did decided to try again and placed another order. I'm hopeful all goes well with this order.
