My experience with orthoticshop.com was as much as I could ask for. Customer service was responsive and they managed to call me back in timely manner. My orthotics fit nicely and they were delivered on time.
There was nothing absolutely outstanding about their service. The box in which I had to make my foot impression was different from the picture online, making the instructions slightly confusing.
Nevertheless, OrthoticShop.com did do as they promised at a competitive price and I would definitely buy from them again.
I was tracking my shipment and noted arrival in the city I live on Friday nite 11:44pm, yet my package did not arrive to me until Monday at 2:30pm. This item could have been delivered on Saturday, or by 10am at the latest on Monday. I know this is out of your hands since a third party is involved, but maybe attention to the city of delivery needs warranted as to why it took so long to deliver. I could have picked up the package my self on Saturday or Monday. Instead, I needed to wait around all morning and early afternoon to receive my package.
I was very happy from beginning process to end process, with making this purchase.
I will definitely buy thorugh this website again.
Wonderful shopping experience. I have to exchange the shoes because they were too small--but it is very easy to contact someone at orthotic shop to find out what to do.

The sandals shipped quickly and arrived within a day of shipment. My husband who has had a hard time finding sandals that worked with his orthodics, (basically he would never wear them more than an afternoon without his feet and legs killing him) has not taken these off. He absolutely loves them!
I BOUGHT THESE SHOES AS A SURPRISE FOR MY BOYFRIEND AND HE HAS PLANTER FACSIITIS. HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM! HE WERAS THEM AROUND THE HOUSE JUST SO HIS FEET WONT HURT IN THE MORNING. I THINK THEY ARE SUPER COMFY TOO!
