I was confused in ordering. It said back ordered pick different size. I then realized after not getting them they take longer to get. It didn't seem to matter what size. I'm happy with the shoes but still don't understand why they are so much more expensive then the crocs cloud version. The crocs cloud in only $39.
Shopping for the shoes was excellent. I got the shoes in record time. I ordered four pairs of shoes and got them all. I had to return two of the shoes and found it a bit of a problem getting to the site to send the shoes back. It would be nice if a shipping label could have been printed, however I did find the information. My problem, as always, is with having to wear mismated shoes. I found shopping easy and the site friendly to do business with. I will be a regular customer in future.
Very effecient service,when i bought the soft brace, This brace however is really only suitable for mild to moderate foot drop,without making minor modifications,which i am currently experimenting with. It is a very comfortable brace.Thank you

My experience with orthoticshop.com was as much as I could ask for. Customer service was responsive and they managed to call me back in timely manner. My orthotics fit nicely and they were delivered on time.
There was nothing absolutely outstanding about their service. The box in which I had to make my foot impression was different from the picture online, making the instructions slightly confusing.
Nevertheless, OrthoticShop.com did do as they promised at a competitive price and I would definitely buy from them again.
