The company was hard to comunicate with.

If would be helpful if your website could describe each orthotic product by sizing. This Spenco Ortho Arch product was different in width than the two other Spenco products for the same size. I have a narrow foot, and the Ortho Arch product was too wide to fit well in my shoe, and my spouse had to cut it down with a saw because of the sturdy material in the arch.

I need some time to fully compare the orthotics to my $300 customs, but so far, I am quite pleased.

I would like to have talked to a rep to make sure I ordering the right thing. I tried to email a question but did not recieve any method to contact any one.

Am delighted to be able to find supportive, comfortable orthotic shoes all in one place. These are 2nd and 3rd pairs of Dr. Weil's walking shoes---SO comfortable. And delivery was timely, even on backordered pair.

I had to return the shoes because they did not fit. I am now waiting for the new size to be shipped. Have not heard from them on the replacement. It has been one week since I shipped the shoes back. 2/10

Loved the shoes but sadly they didn't fit will continue to check this site for future products
