Excellent to deal with. Great sandals, really solve my pronation issues. I have been wearing insoles in my shoes all winter to correct pronation which has eliminated knee pain I had for years. However, now that summer is coming, I wore sandals a few times and you can't put insoles in those! Knee starting hurting again after 2 days. Bought sandals from Orthotic Shop and knee pain is gone again. First two pairs that I ordered together were both too big. Free shipping to exchange them and free shipping on smaller size back to me - can't beat that!
