I would have appreciated more direction on how to start the ordering process

The sandals I received are just great and comfortable especially since I have wide feet. They are stylish too, I purchased the croco leather look sandal in brown. They are just great!

I am delighted with the new black shoes. I have them in bone color, also. These are perfect, and for me to say that about a pair of shoes, is high praise. I plan to come back again and again, for my shoe needs as your shoes are "true to fit".

Shopping experience was excellent. Unfortunately for me, the orthotics did not correct my problem, so it looks like I'll have to see an Orthopedic doctor anyway.
I can see that if my feet rolled in, the orthotics would have been great - too bad my feet roll out.
Still, service and price and delivery were excellent.
