Great shop with excellent customer service! The only thing I would like to see more of is information on the site. Foot problems are varied and it would be nice to have a bit more information to make decisions on. When I had a question, the customer service was nice and fairly responsive, but it would have been nice not to have to ask. As a concrete example, my wife ordered a pair of the Aetrex Berries and these shoes come with an insert, but there was nothing on the site about the actual insert that comes with them. Aetrex themselves have several different inserts and no indication was given to which insert comes with the shoe. Minor issue, yes, but it would have been nice to know this up front rather than having to ask and wait for a response. Other than that, we are satisfied with the products, prices and overall service of the store. :)

Overall I was happy with your website and offerings. Many of the shoes i looked at were out of stock in my size, but I still was able to find ones that worked. The slippers and shoes I've received and tried have been very comfortable and helped greatly with my foot problems.
